14. The Emerald Green Valley

"Dragon Roku..would we go down first, the day is almost dark, anyways we also need to rest right ?"

Hero has traveled quite a distance from the White Lotus college but the valley of Fire Mountain where the Roku Dragon came from is still very far away. Not half the journey passed, so when the day went up at night. Hero chooses to come down and rest for a while.

The one who approached the Hero was a man. He is small, wears a brown coat and covers his head with a hat. He looks more like a witch.

"Who are you.I'm sorry if I'm interrupting, but believe me, I'm just an exhausted traveler and need a place to rest." Hero explains himself to the mysterious dwarf man before him.

The dwarf still looked at the Hero, then he said.

"How did you get here, little boy...? There shouldn't be any humans who can reach this place ?" The dwarf man stared at the Hero full of probing.

"I'm sorry.introduce, my name is Hero, I came from a far country with my pets, but now he is going around this island...can I know the name of the master ?"

"What pet do you mean ? I don't see anything here." The dwarf man was astonished.

"I came here with a dragon, and now he's traveling around the island."

"Dragon...are you a god? Didn't the dragon have long been extinct with the Avatar's disappearance."

"let's introduce.I'm Oscar, one of the inhabitants of this island. The island is called the Emerald Green Valley. Not many people live on this island. No outsiders came in. That's why I'm so surprised you're the only little boy who can get here."

After the bonfire formed, Oscar then sat beside Hero, looking up at the moonlit sky. For a moment he stared at Hero, then he started telling stories.

"This Island..people call it the Emerald Green Valley!!"
