Unlucky Bride (The Poor Bride)

Unlucky Bride (The Poor Bride)
Chapter 41 ~ Fried Rice

Two weeks passed, not much changed. Only, Tina has been made like a personal assistant by Diona and often taken to travel. They were rarely at home, and so did Allison, who never showed up her nose again after sending Faylan to the main palace, which for her was the safest place for her to be.

Unfortunately, Allison doesn't know what's really going on. Instead of being the safest place, Faylan was made to suffer even more. Tini's getting stronger. Not only Faylan was treated badly, but also other servants, especially in the kitchen, because in other parts was not his power. Each section does have its own team of servants.

After the exam some time ago, the school was closed. Faylan was forced to work every time without pause. Faylan did not argue, he did it with pleasure even though his condition worsened. No one cares about Faylan, not even the butler. Because obviously everything was on Diona's side. Only Tina treated Faylan well.

Faylan attempted suicide several times. But, always failing because far from the bottom of his heart, he still wished there was happiness for him. That morning, Faylan decided to get up first before Tini returned to watering her. Faylan went into the bathroom, she cleaned herself up and prepared.

As a result of rarely eating, cramps in the stomach more often occur. Even these late-achid Faylan often vomited. Even so, Tina always took good care of him even though not every time.

Before going to the ironing room, Faylan chose breakfast first before her stomach cramps and nausea returned. Arriving at the kitchen Tina welcomed his arrival. The breakfast menu is a sandwich. Faylan was nauseous to see it, he asked Tina for permission to cook fried rice. Tina allowed it and she started fighting with the kitchen utensils. Tina helped him peel the onions and others.

After the fried rice was ready, Faylan served it on the dining table. Not yet sitting on the chair, Tini called out to him for help. Coincidentally that day there was Tina and Miss Diona. Tini did not dare to give Faylan a hard job. He only asked Faylan to help him dry his clothes.

When he finished, Faylan returned to the tomb, sitting in the chair he used to sit in. Right in front of her was already Madame Diona who was staring at her with a frown.

"You why?" diona asked curiously when she saw Faylan's pale face just like a living corpse.

"I'm fine, Madam. Sorry if my appearance disgusted the lady, then I'll go back to the room first" Faylan got up from his seat.

"Wait!" diona Megat.

"Yes, madam."

"Thank you very much, ma'am," Faylan replied back to his seat and devoured his plate of fried rice. While Diona had finished her breakfast, she kept staring at Faylan. Faylan was made uncomfortable.

"Is it true that you cooked fried rice today?" lady Diona's asking scared Faylan. Fear of being scolded for using the kitchen and food without permission.

"L-yes, nyo-mistress," replied Faylan nervously.

"Tomorrow to do it again" he said, rising and then walking away.

Before actually leaving, madam Diona called out to Tina.

"Yes, madam," said Tina directly approaching.

"Call the doctor and treat him," he said to make Faylan speechless, in contrast to Tina who smiled happily because the fried rice made by Faylan managed to melt the heart of his great mistress.
