CHAPTER 23

On her way to the police station, Vika asks the boss of Mr. Cikko.

"What is the evidence you accuse my son of vandalizing your efforts, and I see you this is like.My student's scholarship path, is that true" ask Korry's father who does not accept his son accused of damage to people's efforts even sent thugs.

"Sorry Pa, let me talk here. There's time to answer or refute"

I just kept quiet, waiting for all this to come out because the police themselves saw the incident when the thugs destroyed the effort.

"Okay, I'll go back. Miss Korry do you know them"

The police gave photos of some of the thugs who were arrested. And still Korry avoided not knowing the thugs. Although Korry's face looks pale, maybe scared because soon he will go to prison.

The policeman who heard the words, was seen breaking the bell. And there came a policeman who came in and approached the commander.

"Please bring the thugs here" said the police officer to the other police officer.

As Korry's face began to turn deathly pale, he began to fear for his own actions.

We were told to wait for the thugs to come by the police.

When one of the thugs came in and lowered his face for not daring to look at Korry who was looking at him sharply.

"You, is this the one who told you to destroy Vika's mother's efforts. An honest answer, otherwise your punishment can be added if you lie to the authorities" said Pa Police firmly against the thugs.

"Betul pa, Korry's mother told us to destroy the store" said the thug, staring at Korry and his parents.

Korry stood up and said it wasn't right, he didn't know the man. And a policewoman came in to hold Korry's hand and handcuff him.

"hey, what is this pa. My son said he didn't know the thug. Why being handcuffed" Korry's father was emotional when his son was handcuffed to the police the woman who entered.

"Take the goons and the perpetrators into the cell" said the police, regardless of Korry's parents' objections. And I too, Mr. Cikko is still silent to witness all this.

"Please bring a lawyer for this case, we meet in court. The father is proven to have told others to commit crimes, we have evidence from the father's chat with the thugs earlier. I sought honesty from the perpetrator but the perpetrator dodged all of that and did not cooperatively answer our questions. Until here you and Mom can get out of this room" said the police force firmly.

"I don't accept my son being treated like this, I will demand your return" Korry's father pointed his hand at Vika.

Korry's father and mother left the police station, seen Korry's mother who from the beginning came to talk nothing just crying in her seat.

"Mother Vika, we the police will continue to monitor the case. There will be a summons for you when the trial begins"

"Thank you sir, I guess because he's the acting kid so I'm worried about it. Because when Korry came his hands weren't cuffed. And staring at me so hatefully. I'm sorry for my wrong thoughts sir" said Vika who was honest with the police.

"No matter Vika's mother, we did not handcuff her from home so they would come here to be questioned, not the perpetrator. So that the perpetrators don't run away when we come to pick up."

"Once again I'm sorry sir, I thank you for helping to investigate all of this. Me and my friend resigned themselves pa" said Vika bowed and greeted the police followed by Cikko.

On the way Vika and Cikko parked the car, there was no conversation between them. Cikko was amazed by the magnanimity of a Vika, being honest and saying what it was.

In the car, Vika thanked Cikko for helping to escort and accompany him. He was relieved that the perpetrator had been arrested.

Cikko also said that he did not expect akab as soon as the arrest process.

Vika has arrived at his shop and saw the store back crowded shoppers. Cikko came down also from, the car.

"It's great you miss, despite the problems but this store is still a lot of buyers. Car and motorcycle parking is also a lot, you are amazing"

Vika waits for Cikko's car to go unseen and enter the store by the side road because the store is really full of buyers. Vika is grateful for the many good people around her even though there are also some who do not like her because of the villagers and poor. But Vika tries to go through with iklas everything.
