Chapter 3
An om-om-class adult man approached the three of them, then whispered, "Do you want a ticket?"
Surely Tia shook her head and showed their ticket before the unknown man. The man immediately passed, and walked towards the horde of others. He offered tickets to people who didn't get tickets to watch the movie. Seen at the other end, the man and the other person offered the ticket were involved in a bargain.
Dani looks at the ticket that Tia holds with a look at the ruse she has. "Well, we can profit a lot if we become scalpers, you know. Rich dad was."
Tia glared at her friend Itum He gave each of them a ticket. "Now! It's up to you both to watch or not," he said again.
Theater door one has been opened....
Female voices made an announcement to the audience in the lobby of the movie theater at eleven-thirty in the morning.
Tia walked in first without taking her two best friends who were right standing behind her. Dani and Yoga then exchanged views feeling strange with Tia's impromptu attitude that left them both to enter the theater room.
"Why, the hell is he? Very strange," whispered Yoga towards Dani.
"Well, elo..., I just knew Tia, anyway?" Dani whispered in Yoga's ear, "what date is it?"
Yoga instantly sees the date on his watch, "PMS?"
Dani nods in response to a question from Yoga.
Tia looked back to see her two best friends far behind her. "Eh, on what, anyway? Speaking of me, huh?" he accuses the two men.
Both of his friends hurriedly shook their heads.
"Yes, it's so easy to be a guy! Let's sneak in," he continued again with his grunts. Not using for long, Yoga and Dani rushed after Tia to enter the theater.
The theater was gradually filled with spectators who gradually entered from the door immediately looking for their respective seats according to the number listed on their tickets.
Yoga, Dani, and Tia, were already sitting in row O with numbers twelve, thirteen, and fourteen. Tia sits quietly between Yoga and Dani, but the two boys remain uneasy with their benches. Tia crossed her arms in front of her chest and looked sharply at Yoga and Dani.
Yoga is not consciously noticed by his girl friends, as well as Dani until Dani lowers her tall body in order to get a good position when watching. "You gini we're bringing pillows from home!" his weakness.
"Yee... What did I say, too?" yoga said while lowering her body again. "Are we all hiding in front of the screen?"
Tia throws pop corn at Dani and Yoga. "Whisper both of you, ye! Udah on dateng late. pake kinky again rich mom complex mostly!" Tia pointed to the screen. "At least, you can see the ghost first from here."
"First? It's a race ghost, huh?" canda Yoga while giggling.
Tia immediately pouted hearing the throttling of that Yoga.
Dani who immediately poked the cheek of the girl with her finger, "Diihh... Pake scowl!"
The seats in the theater gradually filled up on their own. Yoga looked up to see the line in question. In line B exactly number thirteen indeed no one occupied. Tia and Dani looked at the top. And so do some of the other spectators. They stared at the bench with a sinister and fearful look. The word "umbar" again ringed even occasionally faint in the ears of each of those who were there.
Tiai then whispered, "That's... That's his chair over there...."
Yoga kept looking at the line. He looked at a chair in the middle. The chair is like hypnotizing Yoga to immediately move and occupy the chair. Although Yoga took a deep breath and looked at his two best friends alternately.
Both of his friends seemed to be able to read the mind of Yoga..
"Ga, Lo don't macem-macem and do reckless! No, Ga! Do you want your disease to recur again?" tia said she was worried that their guess was right. From the beginning he had thought Yoga should never know about the empty seat row from the beginning.
Dani thought another thought. He considers that Yoga is just a joke and a bold ass with the situation. He laughed in the direction of Yoga.
Seeing Dani laughing while mocking himself, he immediately straightened his body. He ignored the worries of Tia who looked at him in a pleading manner by doing things he should not have done.
"Nih yeah... You don't have an adventurous soul, Dan! Lo see dong, here are many people. Time just empty seats there, you on thinking strange, anyway. No need to parnoan. Nih, I tell you, maybe the film will be more serem for me if I sit there," said Yoga while waving his shirt.
Dani responds to Yoga's remark, "Didih, Ha ha kind of kindergarten kid is usually a coward, Bro."
Yoga that is still standing remains in its upright position. Tia and Dani exchanged a glance. But Dani remained in his position that Yoga would not dare to sit in that empty chair.
"Udah, don't worry. He wouldn't dare to sit there" Dani said, patting Tia on the arm.
Yoga shook his head. His friends underestimated him. He then took the popcorn with his drink and stepped up his legs to climb the stairs to the chair he intended. He really walked off his first bench. He did not even care about the eyes of those around him who looked at him and whispered about his courage even some who reproached him. Tia just looked at the back of Yoga who was walking up the stairs. Actually Tia was a bit worried about what Yoga did, but Dani looked at it, as if saying no need to worry about Yoga.
"Ga..," Tia called out to Yoga from a considerable distance. Yoga heard the scream, stopped his steps and turned to the back where his friends looked at him. He smiled and said that he was okay and did not worry about him.
Tia still radiated worry in her eyes, "You Lo are afraid, don't go home first huh, Ga. I don't have a cane, nih," said Tia who is different from Dani instead laughed giggling.
Yoga felt as if his best friend was, just rushed to run up the stairs. He got to line B number thirteen. No need for long thoughts, Yoga directly occupied the chair. Put the drink down and eat the popcorn casually. Yoga is still looking down, to line O. He waved at his two friends and mocked his two best friends. Lights dimming. Yoga hurriedly fixed his stand calmly.
Lights off. The projector starts to emit images to the screen.
Yoga looks up. To the air particles visible in the projector's light beam. A beam of light coming out from a small flashlight suddenly struck right on Yoga's face. There was a voice reprimanding him with his invisible face,
"Mas, it is forbidden to sit there."
"I woke up early in the morning, Ma'am, got stuck here, and ngantri long. I'm sitting here to watch it good, Ma'am. Time can't, anyway?" answer Yoga with ease.
The mother did not want to argue with the person next to her. Lazy to continue that conversation. He turned off the light that shone on the darkness and immediately left Yoga.
