Chapter 3: Exploring the Dungeon

Alex opened his eyes and saw him in a box-shaped room with brick walls and torches lighting up the room around him. In front of him was also a large door on it that read 'Floor 2'.

He then opened his system to buy the item he was interested in earlier during school.

He searched for a few minutes and found it.

Effect: Able to manipulate 5 million volts of electricity from the body.

He then bought it without hesitation and suddenly his body felt a tremendous pain. He fell on the ground and could only grit his teeth until his gums bled due to the system message.

*DIG!* [WARNING!! IF THE HOST LOSES CONSCIOUSNESS YOU MOST LIKELY CANNOT USE THE CAPABILITIES YOU PURCHASED].

After two hours have passed. Alex was now lying on the ground with a heavy breath, his body also letting out a blue electric spark.

He then stood up and felt a great power within his body. He grinned happily as this was the first time he had gained strength. He then stretched out his right hand and took out a large amount of electricity from his hand directing it towards the wall.

*DRYRR!!!*

Alex saw the electricity he was shooting start to spread out in all directions when it touched the wall.

He was then confused when he saw that the wall had not been damaged even though he had removed a large amount of electricity from his body.

Alex just shrugged and did not think about it because he knew, that he could not answer it himself, because this was a Dungeon given by God.

He then walked towards the entrance of the Dungeon and began to open it. He wanted to try using his new powers to the Monsters that were here.

When he entered the Dungeon floor, he was in a long dark passageway with stones as its walls. He also felt a slight pain in his leg as he only wore thin shoes while stepping on the small rocks.

He then walked with a heart so as not to stumble over anything. He continued walking until he saw a two meter tall wolf.

"Grtp...."

Alex sees the wolf growling trying to scare him. Alex felt funny with this mosnter, he then reached out his hand and took out an electric shot from his hand.

*DRY!!*

The wolf was charred without a fight when it was hit by electricity from Alex and turned into particles of light dropping the drop item.

Alex saw the drop item and happily scanned it. He got the treated skin of a wolf, the flesh of a wolf that had been cut neatly, and his teeth sharp. He also got a black dagger as a bonus.

After that Alex began to continue his journey exploring the Dungeon's floor. During the journey he encounters some strange types of monsters, such as slimes, goblins, kabolds, etc.

For a few minutes he walked he finally met a large rusty door. Alex could have guessed that this door might be the second floor boss' door.

Alex then opened it and the door made a loud squeak that could make anyone wake up from sleep.

*Kriieeeett....!!!*

Alex entered his room and it was completely dark because there was no illumination. He then walked without direction while using his other senses because he could not see.

Alex kept looking around and suddenly a glowing yellow-colored eye appeared in front of him. He was shocked and retreated in a hurry.

Slowly those eyes approached him and revealed a wolf that had black fur appearing. His height of about 5 meters made Alex feel as if he was just a mouse in front of him.

Alex then closed his eyes and opened them while using Observation.

Alex sees his status as higher than hers. He then took out a dagger and thought of a way to fight this stupid dog.

The wolf then started roaring and lunged towards Alex quickly.

Alex had already guessed that the wolf was going to hit him and dodge towards the side quickly. He then collected electricity from his body and took it out towards the wolf.

*DRYRR!!!*

The wolf did not think Alex would dodge, he then turned around wanting to attack again but he did not expect that Alex had already attacked him first. He was hit by electricity and his vision began to fade.

Seeing the wolf die and turn into a particle of light dropping the drop item, Alex sighed, "It's true the monster is stupid ..." He muttered in a low voice then picked up the drop item that was there.

After that Alex began to decide to explore a few more floors because he felt less satisfied with this.

After a few hours Alex roamed the Dungeon. He then decided to stop because he was worried if his parents found him not in bed.

After coming out of the Dungeon he then ordered the system to clean itself because it was dirty exposed to splashes of blood and dust.

He then headed to his bed and lay down while saying "Status."
