Prabu faces the laptop screen that displays the sales graph. But his mind drifted out of nowhere. Down the passage of time, through the events of a week ago. It makes him feel awkward when he comes home for the first time.
Prabu exhaled heavily, then changed his position to lean. One palm rolled up and taped to the mouth, while the other hand knocked on the table. He seemed to be thinking about something that was a burden.
A moment later Prabu got up and closed his laptop. He came out calling the secretary, told her to eat outside and said he would be back before three in the afternoon.
“Master?”
Nurma greeted with a bit of surprise, upon seeing Prabu. Not without reason, because the pour never came home so soon, even the clock still does not point to the number twelve.
“This morning I want to eat at home with Eyang. Prepare the dining room above in a few minutes.” Prabu stepped in while loosening the tie, and rolled the shirt sleeves up at the elbows.
“Good, Mr.” The butler in pink uniform nodded obediently.
Nurma looked at Prabu who was now walking up the stairs with calm steps. For a moment he asked inwardly, about the unusual change in attitude of his master. All in all, Prabu remained as cold as ever in his eyes. However, now there is something different, namely the tone of speech that rarely explodes and is filled with anger.
Nurma shook her head slowly, then headed to the kitchen. As soon as possible he gave an order to some waiters to cook Prabu's favorite menu. Not to forget he had two people prepare a dining room on the second floor. A special room, featuring a pool and garden. The room is only used occasionally, as a banquet of business colleagues or important guests.
“Prabou? Home at an hour like this, what's up?” Sundari who was knitting stopped the activity, when she saw her grandson enter the room.
“What does Eyang want to force me to work from morning to midnight continuously?” Prabu approached, and kissed his grandmother at a glance.
Meanwhile, Tiara who arranged the clothes in the closet looked calm, showing no reaction whatsoever. Of course, it invited a strange taste in Prabu's heart. Moreover, seeing if the girl seemed to show calmness, on the face that used to greet her cheerfully.
Tiara from head to toe. Dressed in a purple uniform on the knee, Tiara's clean legs look perfect. Although it does not show the curves of the waist and chest, but the clothes are able to make Tiara's skin look more beautiful. Plus the hairstyle that is formed round above the head, showing the neck and nape that makes Prabu's wishful thinking float. Back in the night, for something he shouldn't have enjoyed.
“Ah, it's not so. What's the matter?” ask Sundari. The sentence jerked Prabu's daydreams towards the girl in front of him.
“Nothing. It's just, suddenly I remember that we never had lunch together again. Therefore, I've had Ms. Nurma prepare lunch for us.”
“Lunch? You want to take your eyes out on a date?” Sundari looked smiling.
The white-haired woman then put her knitting equipment onto a small table by the side of the bed. He saw the face of the grandson with a smile. Looking at Prabu, it always reminds him of Arini, the only princess of puppetry.
“Maybe. Will Eyang be my date this afternoon?” Prabu said, then kissed the back of his grandmother's hand.
It certainly makes Sundari's heart warm, then laugh. Even though he knew, Prabu was teasing him. However, as his grandson revealed earlier, he did indeed miss such a time. When they spend a lot of time, which is now very difficult due to the busyness of Prabu.
Tiara, who had finished her work, pegged at the side of the closet, occasionally glancing at the master who was talking. He wanted to get closer, but he was too reluctant. Although a week passed after that night, for some reason looking at Prabu still left a single corner pain in his heart.
Not to mention, the memory of the time the man touched every inch of his body gently, back then. Sparks are foreign, but cause strange sparkers that make his heart turbulent erratically.
“If only you said that to the good girl out there, surely now in this house there are already the cries of small children, and the cry of funny.”
Prabu cleared his throat for a moment, then unintentionally looked towards Tiara. At the same time, their gazes clashed for a moment, before Tiara chose her head down, and walked towards the sofa.
“Nanti, Eyang.”
“When later? That kept your answer from long ago.” Sundari's voice sounded like a complaint.
“Later, until there are women who foam care for and love Eyang sincerely, regardless of me or whatever I have.”
“You know, Prabu? Since there's a Tiara here, I don't need that criterion anymore. He takes care of me enough, and you live your own way, including the woman you want to be. Our family needs a successor, and you're the only one who's got.”
“Eyang—“
“Oh, yes. We eat Tiara together too. He had not eaten this afternoon either. Somehow I noticed, lately he's getting thinner.”
Hearing that, Tiara replied, ”No need, Madam. Thank ye. I can eat later under.”
“Why is that? You can join us.” Sundari looked at Tiara who was standing at the side of the window.
“I just—“
“Already. Come eat with us. Now contact Nurma, whether the food is ready or not. After that, change your clothes, with the clothes that Prabu bought the other day.”
Sundari gave an edict, and Tiara could no longer refute. The girl went to the intercom and made a call.
“What will Eyang also decorate? Then, I wait for my pretty eyes in the dining room.” Prabu smiled, then headed for the door.
Before coming out, he turned around and said slowly. “Tiara, I'm waiting for you. Hurry.”
**
“Come back to your room. Tonight, let Nurma accompany me.” So Sundari said, after Tiara finished helping him change his pajamas and get ready for bed.
“Did I say you were sick?” Sundari stared intently, making Tiara look down.
“Sorry. My point—“
“There's something I want to talk to Nurma about. So, you rest.”
“Good.” Tiara complied in the end, then headed for the door carrying dirty clothes and sheets.
“Tiara.”
Sundari's call made Tiara turn around.
“I, Mistress?”
“Don't miss your dinner. You missed it a few days, didn't you?”
Tiara blinked, not expecting Sundari to know his every move. He even thought, does the master know what happened between him and Prabu?
“Ah, about that .. I—“
“You can tell me anything, Tiara. Whether it's about your mother, sister, or family. Even if it's your personal matter, you can share it with me. Don't hold it yourself.”
Tiara nodded slowly.
“How is your mother?”
“My mother has been much better, Madam. Thank you for asking me.”
“Good, you can go.”
Tiara nodded, then exited towards the laundry room. When he passed by several servants, he seemed to be attentive because he was not in uniform. Since lunch, she has not changed clothes, and still wears a knee-length dress. Of course it made it into the rafters material in the pavilion.
After all the tasks, Tiara chose to return to the room. Stay there, then contact your sister. Asking for news, also exchanging stories to let go of longing, then falling asleep.
Tiara woke up as the clock pointed at the number ten, then somehow could no longer close her eyes until midnight. He then chose to calm himself by soaking in a bath tub filled with therapeutic scented soap. Closely closed, relieve anxiety, guilt and strange feelings in the chest.
Out wearing a bathrobe, Tiara stood by the side of a large window. From where he stood, the garden lights below were lined up beautifully, attracting attention. The light shimmered, reflecting waves of pool water onto the wall. For a moment he smiled, as a peaceful feeling slowly crept in.
Skipping dinner, the hungry Tiara decided to head for the kitchen, without changing clothes first, still wrapped in a towel on the head and a white bathrobe. He also just remembered, had not checked all the doors have been locked or not.
When he rushed out of the room, he accidentally collided with Prabu who somehow stood right at the door of his room. Almost Tiara fell down, if Prabu did not catch him quickly.
The gasping Tiara did not notice that the bathrobe of her chest was exposed. For a while his throat choked, before realizing where Prabu's view was headed.
“T—tuan?” Tiara quickly tidied up her bathrobe, then tried to get back up straight. “M—maaf.”
The girl lowered her head, then picked up the head-wrapping towel that fell to the floor. Sipping on the fresh scent emanating from the body in front, Prabu instinctively shrank the distance. When the Tiara had risen, the hand reached out to touch the girl's cheek.
“You okay?” tanyanya gently. Even very soft, not like a Prabu.
Tiara nodded. “I—iya. S—I'm fine.” He looked down, and held a towel on his chest. His wet hair covered his face.
“In your opinion, what should I do, to see you back like before, Tiara?”
Tiara looked up, in order to reach the tall man in front. Right now, Prabu was staring with a sad look, which was unpredictable. Then it was good for him to dodge, reluctant to get caught up in this awkward atmosphere.
However, unexpectedly the sound of his hungry stomach was heard among the silence. Making him bow, hiding an immeasurable shame. Meanwhile, Prabu who was suddenly sad, could not help but laugh.
“Enter. Change your clothes, I'll be here in a minute.”
“What sir is it? Come to where?”
“Ke your room of course!”
Tiara's eyes are rounded. “For what?”
Prabu laughing. “Enter. I'm not arguing.”
After saying, Prabu stepped past Tiara just like that towards his room. Leaving the servant who was still stuck in his chest.
