I interrupted Papa's break while relaxing in the electric massage chair,to ask Papa's advice on what I should do as a Director before going on the way to the office.Although Papa is not experienced to be a Director but his advice is very important.

"Follow your heart, Ken.Your intuition must be strong and legowo.Honest in acting and fair in attitude.Trust is trust and keep that trust".That was Papa's preface to me before I started everything I could digest and understand.

I went from house to office with a doubtful heart, could be the leader that Papa said, But I will try even though the realization is not easy.

The first day of my work was welcomed by the executive and staff of Pyramid Bank.I was pleased with this simple welcome that I took for granted when the female staff gave me a large bouquet of Angelica flowers that had a philosophy of 'inspiration' as if I would be the inspiration of all the staff.Yes, I hope to inspire all the staff.

"Include my name Arken Pradipta Ardiwinata.But just call me Arken.I hope we can cooperate well and, thank you".I did not hesitate to say hello and did not hesitate to greet all the staff present.

Miss looks like the Staff here from her batik uniform, and looks like she's late because I didn't see her at the briefing.

But, it was the funny thing that made me almost laugh.Nona walked to her desk barefoot.Kurasa miss does not want the incident to repeat itself.Anyway with it, but miss comforted me enough to be funny.

I thought too much about the lady until I forgot my intention.I entered the capsule elevator and went up to the 5th floor, where there was my office.

While on the 1st floor, Lobby as a desk Teller and CS who deal directly with the Customer,2,3,4 there is a Staff Back Officer office, Head cu, Head of division, BackAuditor,Account officer, funder officer,BO,Branch manager, Executive staff, etc,Directors and many more.Each floor shows the level of staff position.

"Make me the organizational structure here and put her name in her post".Arriving at the office I asked for data on the names of all staff and their positions in order to remember his name on my secretary, Maca, who immediately stood up when I came.

But what I'm surprised about isn't the Aily I saw on that desk, and my vision can't be wrong.I'm sure it wasn't Aily, but the lady who almost fell earlier.

I looked at Teller but Staff Teller was nothing like Aily."Then where is he?".

My net focus is looking for women in CS staff uniform with Aily's name but the same, there's nothing like Aily.

Why is Aily not on her desk?, while there is no other desk and can not be replaced by other staff.

"Wait!".When OB passed in front of me, I thought about asking him.

"Yes Sir?.What can I help you with?".

"Where is CS Staff Aily?.I saw in Desk CS 2 it wasn't him?".

Ahhh, that's right.That lady is not the Aily I know.OB this has confused me.

"You sure?".I want to make sure that this OB doesn't look wrong.
