Aira sat herself down on her living room couch after a few minutes Zafran went to teach. He's still thinking about Zafran last night.

The Flashback

"Hubby I want to say something" said aira, looking into Zafran's eyes

"by the way dear" replied Zafran while pinching the aira nose slowly

"Hubby I'm serious" upset aira

"well, I won't play games anymore" Zafran said in a serious tone

"Hubby will you promise me not to tell me to abort this fetus for whatever reason" said Aira as she stared fixedly at Zafran's eyes

"honey why are you talking like that, I wouldn't have possibly told you to do it" Zafran replied

"promise yes" said aira as she pointed her pinky finger towards Zafran

"promise" Zafran replied while fusing their little fingers

"but why are you asking me that, is there anything hidden dear?" asked Zafran in a probing tone

"no, let's sleep I'm already sleepy" elak aira was afraid Zafran asked again

"It's a shame that if you try to hide something from me, I'll investigate it later" Zafran warned

"no hubby, I'm just afraid to give birth" elak aira again

"alright, let's go to bed you must be tired all day" the remark only aira replied with a nod.

Soon, she closed her eyes, afraid that her husband was suspicious of her

Flashback Off

"How about this, what if it's true he'll investigate. Is he gonna be mad I hid all this? Is he going to tell me to abort this fetus" Aira thought of behaving as usual from now on. as if no disease ever attacked him.

Aira suddenly felt an excruciating pain in her stomach. He could do nothing but endure the pain even though his tears had now dripped. She could only hope that her life would last until she gave birth to her children.

"O Allah, I hope that this pain can abort my sins and may you give your servant time to give birth to these two babies" said aira, holding back the pain

Aira tried to take the balm and rub it on her stomach maybe this could reduce her pain - she thought

Somehow a few hours after he felt pain in his stomach he was eager to eat ice cream.

Finally Zafran brought aira to the nearest mini market and surprisingly aira bought a trolley full of various kinds of ice cream

"sad this is so much, are you sure this much" asked Zafran doubtfully

"so sure hubby, let's pay now" said aira excitedly

Zafran just nodded obediently to his wife's wishes
