;POV Kevin; Punish me, do not punish yourself

The car Kevin was driving into the house. The sound of his tires in the rain was so heavy it was hardly heard at all.

Kevin got out of the car with a raging feeling in his heart. What would he say to Mia? Imagine how he would react. Making something that was inside his chest pulsate in agony once.

Long he kept silent looking at the big house that was now in front of him. The house where she and Mia started the life of the household ark.

Kevin did not care anymore with his heavy rain stubs that fell right on his head. Even the cold rain she no longer felt. It was just the pain in the chest that Kevin felt.

Kevin stepped up several steps that were on the terrace towards the door. His floating hand wanted to touch that doorknob. It feels hard for Kevin to open it.

The door opened very wide. Kevin walked in with a flash of white light in the sky.

Up ahead Kevin saw the woman he loved the most standing up. Her sad face, puffy eyes, red nose, and the remains of tears on her cheeks that she used to wipe.

He told her this harsh reality. Kevin is helpless with all these trials.

With heavy steps Kevin approached. It was right in front of the woman. Kevin's legs felt weak at last he sat down resting on his knees on the floor. At Mia's feet, Kevin sat together like he was begging for mercy.

Hold her two feet. Kevin's tears he can't stand anymore. Devastated, now he is very broken. Maybe Mia could already guess what Kevin had in mind at this moment.

"I'm sorry bee.I've disappointed you.." she said in a trembling voice.

"Bee what are you doing, let's stand up..."

Mia grabs Kevin's hand and invites him to stand up. But unfortunately Kevin's legs are no longer able to stand. "Don't cry like this.I'm also sad to see you like this" said Mia who now cries with Kevin.

Kevin saw Mia silent as a statue. His gaze was blankly staring out the door. Her tears fell down that pretty face. Wanting his taste Kevin wiped those precious tears. But what power, she was the cause of those tears dripping on Mia's pretty face.

I don't know what he's thinking now. Kevin can not guess, how the heart of Mia at this time. Just imagining it makes her heart hurt too. What more if you are in Mia's current position.

"I'm sorry bee.." said Kevin, who can only say that.

Again, he kept silent and did not answer Kevin. The more her heart aches to see Mia quiet like that. "I'm gonna take a break...."

Mia just passed by leaving Kevin who was still hanging out on the floor. He ran up the stairs one by one with his heart hurting. His feelings must have been raging, with the greatest disappointment he felt.

 

Kevin followed Mia into the room. His eyes swept around with a huffed feeling, he did not find Mia's figure there.

His eyes were fixed on one point, the bathroom. Kevin stepped closer to him, he turned the doorknob of the bathroom that could not open because it was locked from the inside.

There was the sound of a female sobbing, which Kevin was certain was Mia. He put his ear on the door. His heart was like being pierced by needles, it was very painful to hear Mia's cry so sad.

Kevin also cried sitting leaning against the door, punishing himself to hear every misery that Mia felt.

"I'm sorry bee...don't torture you like this...hukum me all you bee, I'm ready to accept all punishment from you." Kevin said in a trembling voice, she was crying a mouthful.

Mia did not reply, her sobbing getting louder. Makes Kevin more helpless.

"Hiks.hiks...hiks....pliss bee talk and answer me, do not be silent like this....."

Kevin's chest tightness can't breathe properly. Why he could hurt his own wife. He really is not a good husband. He was just the cause of the injuries Mia was feeling right now.

Kevin could feel how painful it was to be Mia. "Hiks..hiks..hiks..ya god of what trials this is, I can no longer afford...aaaakkhh." Mia's roar heard in Kevin's ear from inside the bathroom.

There were also a few items that were thrown to the floor. Looks like Mia is venting her emotions by hitting all the items on the nightstand in the bathroom.

Kevin was getting riled up, he squeezed his head with both hands. As if her head was about to break, it was not strong to hear the pain she heard from Mia's words.

He held onto his chest which was already barely able to throb anymore. The heart of the woman he loved so much, he could not take good care of. The woman was hurt and devastated by herself.

"Bee..open the door..do not like this honey..hiks hyks."

Kevin tries to convince Mia but she still won't answer. Just crying roared with his sobbing. "Hiks hiks...I am no longer strong god, take me with you.It is painful, I admit defeat from you.I give up and can not continue this life again....take me with you." 

Kevin was surprised to hear Mia's words as if she wanted to give up on her life. Kevin was panicked and confused, he banged on the door so hard. Afraid of Mia doing things that she will surely regret.

"Bee..bee...open the door..do not do anything no-no, I beg pliss open the door...bee I apologize punish me, do not punish yourself like this.....please open the door."

Kevin kept begging Mia to listen to him. Kevin was very afraid of losing his wife. Because half of her life and breath is Mia. If anything happens to Mia Kevin won't be able to forgive himself.
