It has been almost 3 days now Kayna and Natta relationship has not improved. It is not that Natta is not trying to fix it, but rather the stubborn nature of Kayna who continues to avoid without giving a chance to Natta explained.

"You should know Nat, Dio and I are already planning a weekend getaway" Arka told Natta.

"You should come along. Sasa will also be invited by Airin," told Arka again got a response from Natta.

Inexplicably hearing the phrase from Arka actually makes Natta even more feel like retreating. If Natta left Kayna's life, there would be a Dio who came into his life without a lie.
