Chapters. 47. Arthur's Struggle.

"so, what did you come to our house to propose to Arthur?"

"What?"

Everyone in the room was very surprised by what Mama Rose said, including Papa Ari and Arthur himself who did not expect that his mother would say such a thing.

Eventually, Lili and her family decided to go home. Mama Mawar hugged Mother Tasya and asked for her mobile number to be more familiar, they then exchanged mobile numbers even though Barra's father did not seem to like her.

"Darling, let's go home!"

Lili takes Zia from Arthur's sling although her daughter seems reluctant to leave.

"Lili, why are you taking his son?"

Barra's father, who was at the door, said he was confused as to why Lili wanted to bring her son Arthur.

"well of course Lili had to take him, Zia was her son. Our granddaughter!"

Barra's father was shocked, he then approached Lili and held the frightened-looking Zia in his carriage.

Lili again took her daughter and tried to calm her down and said that the one carrying her was her Grandfather.

Arthur and his parents drove Lili and her family until the online taxi they ordered came, then they went back inside the house after Lili left.

"Arthur, is that man really Lili's father?" ask Mama Rose.

Mama Rose nodded her head, for some reason she felt that Lili's father was like someone from another world.

"Oh yeah, Pa! How's the company doing?"

Papa Ari shook his head. "Everything's getting complicated, Thur! The shareholders started complaining because so many investors were foiling their investments."

It was clear that fatigue and despair on the face of Papa Ari, he felt that soon his company would be out of business.

"Papa take it easy, I've already contacted some of our business colleagues and made an appointment to meet. Hopefully one of them will keep working with us,"

"Well, I hope! You know for yourself that Malik is threatening everyone, he's completely insane!"

Arthur scrunched his forehead while reading the message from the number, he then ignored the message and thought it was the work of a madman.

However, a few minutes later. He again received a message from the number and made her glare instantly.

"I'm Barra, Lili's father!"

Arthur instantly turns off his laptop and passes out of the company towards Lili's house.
