Chapter 47. Reasons to Be Happy

A well-known steak house in Birmingham, Gabriel's doctor chooses to have dinner with Hyuna. Although initially had not got a table, but apparently luck still sided with him.

On arrival at the restaurant, the two got out of the car. The casual dress Hyuna wore as well as the suit of shirt and jeans that Doctor Gabriel wore, made the two look like a couple.

"Dok, the place is crowded," Hyuna said as they just went inside.

"Indeed. Um... Do you not like crowds?" Doctor Gabriel asked back.

"Oh no, just---"

"You take it easy, I've ordered a table for both of us" the doctor said.

Hyuna immediately choked. "Oh well then."

A servant girl came to them. "Welcome, can you help me mention the table order on behalf of whom?"

"Gabriel Pardo."

"Well," said the waiter then looked at the screen of the tablet held by him. "On behalf of Gabriel Pardo at table number thirty-six" he continued.

"Let me take it." Then the waiter walked first. The two people in front of him followed.

Upon arriving at the table, they sat facing each other. Then the waiter picked up a menu that was shaped like a book.

"Please see first, if you want to order directly just record here and immediately pay to the cashier," said the waiter while removing a piece of plain paper the size of a small note and a pen.

"Well, thank you" said Gabriel and Hyuna. Then the servant bowed respectfully and departed from before them.

"Please Hyuna. You choose first" said Gabriel, and was answered with a nod of the head by the woman sitting before him.

Moments later, Gabriel's doctor had already returned to the table after paying at the cashier. The atmosphere between them was silent.

"Egem .... " Hyuna loosened her throat. Actually, he did not like to be in the condition at that time. "Dok," he called out to make the man before him turn his gaze toward him.

"What's Hyuna?" asked the doctor Gabriel gave a deep enough look.

"I can ask you something no? A little about your personal matters. But if the doctor is uncomfortable, it's okay if it's not answered," Hyuna said carefully.

"Please, I am relaxed. Want to ask anything free," replied doctor Gabriel with a relaxed attitude able to melt the atmosphere that had frozen.

"Actually the doctor is married yet? Yeah, I'm just scared ... Here, eat both together Doctor, uh know-know-know someone came to us with a look of annoyance," asked Hyuna as she chuckled.

Hearing what Hyuna was talking about, Gabriel's doctor laughed out loud. "No, I'm not married at all and I'm not close to any woman. But I don't know if there's secretly someone who admires me" she said, feeling a little confident.

"Oh so, Doc." Hyuna laughed. "Why aren't doctors married? Though if said Sister Bora, the age of the doctor is ripe," he continued.

"I'm just not ready. Because for me, getting married is not just a change in the status of the two themselves. I just want to get married, the biggest reason I want to live happily with a partner that I love and love" Dr. Gabriel said. While Hyuna who had been very enthusiastic wanted to hear the doctor's answer, instantly her face turned flat.

Realizing that there was a difference in Hyuna's facial features, the doctor tried to bring things back.

After dinner, there's still half an hour to nine. Both were in the car with their seat belts attached.

"Before driving you home, there's a place you want to go, Hyuna?" ask doctor Gabriel.

Hyuna closed her eyes together with her lips that were deliberately pulled to one side. "It doesn't seem to exist, Doc. I also happen to still have a campus assignment to collect tomorrow," the woman replied as she was.

"Oh so. Yeah, that means I'm taking you to your house now, huh?"

"Yes, Doc."

The nightlife in Birmingham is very quiet. Remember that night was not a weekend night. Especially along the road from the restaurant to the residence of Hyuna, no vehicles passed except the car driven by Doctor Gabriel.

The speed of the car that was almost above average was finally stopped in front of Hyuna's residence. Both went down at the same time.

Hyuna knocked on the door before entering the house. When the door opened, it was Nestya who emerged from the door.

"Eh you've come home" said Nestya.

"Yes Madam. I would like to thank you for allowing Hyuna to have dinner" said Dr Gabriel.

"Together, Doc. I also thank you for bringing my youngest son home safely" Nestya said with a smile.

Doctor Gabriel smiled and nodded his head. "Then I say yes Madam, Hyuna," he said goodbye to them.

"Be careful on the way Doc! Thank you for dinner," exclaimed Hyuna with a smile.

"Together, excuse me." Doctor Gabriel left and rushed into the car and drove away. Not to forget he also turned on the horn before actually leaving the yard.

After the car driven by Gabriel's doctee disappears from view, the mother and child enter the house.

"How was dinner with him? What's fun?" asked Nestya in curiosity.

"Hm ... That's fine," Hyuna replied briefly. Unfortunately Nestya was not satisfied with the answer of the youngest child.

"Lumayan how does Hyuna mean? Try dong tell Mama," persuaded Nestya who continued to follow Hyuna until she entered the room.

"The point is, it's kind of fun for Mama. That'sallthatis. The rest we just talk normally," said Hyuna. While Nestya only let out a long sigh.

"Yes already then. Mama hopes that from what you are experiencing right now, you can immediately get a bright spot in the future of what it will be like," said Nestya with tenderness of his heart.

"Amalein, Ma. Thank you so much for everything." Hyuna felt moved, she immediately hugged her Mama very tightly.

"Sana clean up, change clothes and rest," Nestya told Hyuna.

The hug came off. Hyuna nodded and Nestya walked out of the room while closing the door again.
