Chapter 20: The Mysterious Mirror

The Part 20

"Well, Doc," I said. I then immediately moved away from the mirror and sat down on Sister Ilyas' chair. Then read through the morgue diary that was on the table.

Doctor David sat down.

She was soon seen writing in a book. I don't know what

which he is writing.

I felt the atmosphere between us was very uncomfortable. We are as silent as each other's work.

At about half-time, David's doctor moved from his seat. He then approached me. I'll stand up soon.

"Andri, I'm going out. There are interests I have to take care of. If there's anything, please

I nodded, and got out of my seat, and approached Anton.

"What a coincidence, Anton. I'm all nitip ya." I said, while sending a sum of money to Anton.

Anton immediately headed to the front of the Jaya Putra Hospital to buy lunch, after I told him, anything

the food I want to buy.

(Alhamdulillah .. Finally there is also someone I can ask for help to buy lunch) I sat in.

Anton and I had lunch together in the long chair in front of the morgue. Anton

Yes right .. The person in the photo is doctor Indri, is being flanked by doctors David and Anfa Kak. It looks like they were inside the Operation room when the photo was taken, visible from its background, an operating table was visible behind them.

I took a deep breath, and grew even more curious about the mystery that had not been revealed all along.

(It turns out that doctors David and Anfa Kak knew Indri. But why are they in the Operations room? What are they doing there?)

I was busy thinking about that.

"Mas Andri, I went back to the room first huh, afraid of being searched" said Anton, who had suddenly been standing near me.

"Oh .. Yes, Anton. I want to too

sit outside again." I said, while

put the book to its original place, having previously taken photos that I found in the book.
