Episode 2: The Noise Forest

It is a world divided between 2 parts. North and south. The northern part is controlled by Orcs and the southern part is controlled by humans. But one day the Orcs were attacked by monsters coming from the west, causing chaos in the north, and Orc battles against monsters were inevitable. The war caused a great defeat in the stronghold of the Orcs. Humanity who at that time was believed to be able to end the chaos was finally asked to call 11 guardians. And there was a great battle between Orcs aided by mankind against monsters. The incident caused chaos everywhere, but in the end it all ended when the 11 guardians put an end to the chaos.

But it turned out that when they thought all the wars had ended, they suddenly felt shocked. Because it's not over yet, because the monster never ends. They continued to arrive from the west, at that time 11 guardians united their strength to make a large wall that soared into the sky so that monsters would no longer attack, so now the world of monsters and humans are separated.

Since then, many animals have mutated into monsters. Because the 11 guardians weren't always there, eventually they inherit their powers in humans just in case one day the mutated animals attack them and anticipate if one day the wall is destroyed. Which in the end the power is spread and can be owned by most of humanity.

In the present times someone who has power is not a strange thing. Many people use their abilities for good reasons, but not a few also use them for evil. This made the government officials create a system. This system arranged for everyone not to use their power carelessly. And one of the containers for channeling it is the job of being a monster hunter, so this job is the most in demand, competition in hunting monsters occurs.

"Hey have you raised your level?" It seems some people are talking about raising levels.

"Oh I haven't raised my level, lately the monsters are getting stronger," said one of the others, the monster hunting system is a container so that they can use their power in the right place.

There are several main levels in this hunter's job. That is, the levels of Warrior, Elite, Master, Grandmaster, and Epic.

The Kingdom surrounded by forests and meadows that stretched widely around the Kingdom, made this Kingdom look very beautiful and a peaceful place to live.

Every year is the most awaited thing hunters, because in the middle of the year always held recruitment to become professional hunters. Those at the grandmaster level would find it easier to get a job as a professional hunter. Actually the title of Grandmaster itself is given when they have entered the level called military. Grandmaster himself a title given to the special forces of the Northern Lightning Kingdom. In other words, this title is obtained when someone has been registered with the special forces.

Two people were seen walking down the street to the capital.

"Hey Adam, do you want to raise the level this year?" Rebecca asked who was now seen carrying a stick on her back.

"Ah yes, like this year I have to help raise my level, I have been 1 year still in the rank of a fighter, even I was left behind by you who had just become a hunter," adam who now lowered his eyes.

"This you, even though you fail a lot, I'm sure you can definitely become a professional hunter, isn't this your dream?" Rebecca asked a sweet smile at Adam.

All hunters from among humans and Orcs gather there, this is always happening 4 times during the year. Of course by raising the rank, they can be glimpsed by professional hunting agencies.

"This time I will raise my rank even to the maximum level" said one of the Orcs there.

"Isn't that hard, huh?" Say one of the other Orcs.

Those who do not have a team when registering, inevitably have to join with other teams. Because Adam and Rebecca were just the two of them, they ended up joining a team led by someone else.

"Sorry can we join this team?" Rebecca said she found one of the people there.

"I'm sorry our team is full" said one of the team.

They were both looking for a team to join, but no team would accept them for various reasons.

"Like him no one wants a team with us" said Adam.

"What about?" Rebecca asked, she looked confused and slightly rubbed her head.

There was a voice of someone who was feeling difficult because of the lack of team members.

"Geez we still lack 2 more captains, how is this? If this is the case we can not follow for a rise in rank," said one who stood back to them.

Hearing these words Adam patted the man on the back.

"Sorry are you looking for someone to complete your team?" Ask Adam.

"Well, of course we're looking for a team, do you want to be on my team?" Ask the man.

"Of course you want to, especially we're looking for a team too" Rebecca smiled.

"Wait a minute, before what's your rank?" Ask someone from them who is none other than the leader of that team.

"Huh? Why why anyway? Again asked rank," Rebecca seemed confused by such a question, it was only natural that the person asked like that. Because they don't want to be burdened by random people they don't even know before.

"It's okay, we just make sure" the man said, turning his face away.

"I'm an elite rank 5 and he's still a level 1 fighter" Rebecca said.

"Geez, if we're not lacking people, it's good that you're with us" the team captain seemed unsure of Adam and Rebecca.

"My name is Ryan, this is Andre and these two guys are Darent and Kiryu, we are master rank hunters, I am weapons experts, Andre is defense special and they are both magicians," Ryan said, pointing to the person he meant.

Eventually they became a team of 6 people and one companion, making it 7 people.

The rest of them were at the ascension rank, where the forest was noise. This part of the forest consists of 3 levels, namely the beginning, middle, and end levels.

The monsters in the forest are divided according to the level of the forest, the higher the level of the forest, the higher the monsters there are.

"Okay, let me introduce my name is Arthur, I'll protect you, I'm a speed-type hunter, and my skills are fire, I hope you can work together huh," Arthur said.

"We will start in the first part of the forest, carefully look at the area around you, I will just accompany you and judge you" said Arthur.

"This is the monster we're waiting for, the triangle formation" Ryan said, and the instructions were understood by his friends, except for Adam and Rebecca.

The monsters instantly attacked them, but their defense was too strong for those monsters.

"Andre cover me, I'll kill them all" Ryan said.

Andre repelled every attack of the monster then Ryan slashed at the monster with his sword.

"Aaaa, damn why my weapon has no effect on this monster," Adam said from a different direction, Adam using his knife which has a length of about 25 centimeters.

"Adam be careful,“ said Rebecca who is also fighting monsters.

"Geez the boy is a burden, Darent protect him, he will only be at the level of a fighter" said Ryan.

"All right."

From behind, Arthur felt a strange feeling. He felt an incredible aura, not yet 1 hour they were there. But they are in danger.

"I felt something bad, hey ka," he had not yet finished his words and suddenly a loud bang hit him from behind his back.

Everyone was shocked and looked towards Arthur.

"Whatis that? What's the companion?" Ryan asked worriedly.

"You guys get out of here fast, there's a dangerous monster," said Arthur not turning his attention, he focused on something that attacked him.

"What's? Whatchu mean?" Ask Ryan again.

Sriing! The sound of a sword slashing through Arthur's chest.

"What's? Whatisit? aaaaaaaaa," Rebecca shouted as she watched Arthur being slashed by something quickly.

"Hey what is that thing?" Ask Adam.

"Fool run away from here, I'll hold it, '" Arthur said.

"But?" Andre.

The monster looked creepy, with its horns and sharp teeth, it was seen he was carrying a large sword. Then the monster approached them.

"Damn you ugly monster, don't underestimate me fucking, where are you going!" Said Arthur.

Eventually they fought, and the other 5 people fled from there.

In the midst of the escape, they were confronted by a large wolf, the wolf looked very hungry.

"What other shit is this? We can't run, we have to face it" Adam said.

"Stupid, don't you know what that is? It was a level 4.“ wolf Andre said.

"Then what should it be?" Ask Adam.

"There's nothing we can do, congratulations to each of you, split up" Andre said as he ran.

finally they ran and scattered, looking for a way out.

But the wolf is after Rebecca and Adam.

"Why is that monster after us?" Adam is running with Rebecca.

"Just run, he's a monster we can't beat."

Rebecca fell, and now the wolf was right in front of her.

"Fuck we can't run anymore, we'll fight him" Adam said.

eventually they fight, but all things are in vain. They could not defeat the monster, many times they tried to hurt it but the wolf was not injured in the slightest.

The wolf jumped at Adam.

"Aaaa shit, I can't move."

"Adam beware" Rebecca pushed Adam away.

Rebecca tried to protect Adam but instead he was hit by the wolf attack, and caused his stomach to tear because of the famous wolf claws.

"Rebecca!" Adam shouting.

Adam who was now injured could not do much, he was really desperate.

"The reason why this must happen to me, in whatever world I am, is that no world wants to see me happy."

"Rebecca I'm sorry, I might as well be dead by now."

the wolf stared at Adam very sharply, suddenly the horned monster that had previously stopped them, came to that place.

"Damn! Especially this?" Adam Say.
