CHAPTER 17
Reynold came out of his room in neat clothes, feeling unfamiliar with the sweet smell, reminding the man of one of the bakeries he had visited when he was a teenager. Yep! The bakery that made his life change, completely changed. Again, he led his way towards the source of the smell and found Kinan.
The 22-year-old girl painstakingly arranged some of the pastry she had made. His hair was long and braided from the base of his head to the tip of the hair and then decorated with small butterfly clasps. Judging from the amount of pastry he made it impossible for the girl to only make it within 1 or 2 hours.
“ Rey, awake? I just baked a financier. Want to try?” his smile was sweet, but Reynold was not an insensitive man. He saw there was a little swelling at the end of Kinan's eyes, “ Sit Rey! I'll get you your financier! Coffee or tea?” kinan said busying himself, the girl was tired just that he did not want to keep crying like last night. Kinan knew he had made the right decision by not dragging Ian into his family's problems which he also could not find the bright spot, so he could not always torture himself.
Kinan brought a plate of still-warm financier, then poured a glass of tea for Reynold, “ Don't drink coffee too often when your stomach is empty, Rey,” Kinan said with a smile and then drank the milk he brought for himself.
“ What do you drink?”
“ Hem...ini? Almond Milk. I saw almonds so I made them. Wantsome? ” Kinan said then continued his delayed drinking.
“ From what time do you make it all?”
Reynold's question left Kinan speechless for a few seconds, then the girl smiled. “ Not long, just a few hours only.”
“ 1 hour? 2 hours? Or 6 Hours? You think I don't know what you are!! The woman who drives her own car early in the morning is blind in thin clothes!! Go make bread just because your mind is upset!! I was wrong?” reynold said with his hands folded in front of his chest and a look of ridicule at Kinan.
Kinan, the girl was silent for a moment. Playing the glass that was half. Biting her lower lip then smiling, “ There's nothing wrong with what you said Rey, nothing wrong! But don't talk as if you know me well! Don't Rey!” said weak.
Rey was shocked as she looked into Kinan's eyes, eyes whose glare implied a wound. Just this time, when he met Kinan and the girl fell ill in front of him. His eyes are not that hurt. “ Me..”
“ Is fine Rey.” Said Kinan as he passed from the face of Reynold who was still silent. There was no such scorn.

Jack Rabbit, Kinan Masi looked at the writing of a restaurant that had been a witness to his struggle while still being a young chef. Actually, it was half an hour ago he arrived in front of the restaurant, but again his mood was not okay because of the words Reynold earlier.

“ Ma Cherrie...why not just go in? Quickly change your clothes then we go together to cuisine.” Kinan nodded.
Not long ago Kinan was already wearing his favorite pink chef jacket. Looks sweet like the pastry he always makes, then follows Axelle to the kitchen.

“ Good afternoon, introduce me chef Kinan. Can I help you?” kinan's smile saw the entourage. His gaze met with Reynold's eyes.
“ Good my monsieur who will handle your menu.”
“ How?” as if understanding Reynold's question, Kinan simply smiled
“ Restaurant we provide open kitchen facilities, if any customers want to see their menu process cooked. But sir has to move the shirt over there.” Kinan said as his hand politely pointed to the right of the room made like a lounge mixed with kitchenette, “ and about the menu?”
“ Well it doesn't matter if you can see you working on preparing food for me. And it's an honor for me if a chef like you chooses a dish that I'll eat instead!!” reynold said with a smile.
“ Dani, please take our guests to the kitchenette, I'll get ready!”
Reynold why humans are like ghosts.
“ Please prepare a full menu. Do not forget to prepare two options amuse bouche.”
Kinan began to wear an apron, began to slice and process the materials he would serve in front of the venerable Mr. Reynold. If he could he would also like to throw all of this material in Reynolds face.

Kinan serves creamy dip artichoke and roasted garlic soup specifically for Reynold. When the warm soup arrived in front of him Reynold smiled. This afternoon he really wanted to start his lunch with something warm and not so heavy. Main course Kinan deliver grilled salmon with fresh cherry salsa.
Kinan waited until Reynold ate his first bite, and when he saw the man smiling inevitably he was relieved. Whether the guess is right or not but the girl thinks Reynold didn't eat the financier he roasted this morning.
“ And this is our dessert Vanilla-Cardamom Kulfi with Citrus Rose Syrup. The sour taste that is light and mixed with fresh ginger and rose, can restore your sense of taste again. Please enjoy, last dish from us.” After bending Kinan's body and walking towards his room. And almost fell if Dani didn't hold it.
Kinan gave the code alright to Dani, “ come back, I'll take a short break Dani, and please bring me camomile tea.” This time Kinan felt his world spinning, he was completely dizzy. Should have been his break hours he would have used to sleep a while and then eat. Nil reality.

There were indeed 3 boxes before Kinan that escaped his sight earlier. Kinan smiled, “ sorry and thanks Rey, I will eat later. Go back to your office Rey! You must be busy too.”
“ Eat first I go.” The guy starts opening one by one box, takes out the sandwich, “ aaa.open your mouth ayoo, aaa.” And forced Kinan to take a bribe from her. “ Good right? This is the sandwich I used to eat first.” And so on in turn feed salads even spaghetti.
