Some days feel very awkward, Devon never thought there was a moment where he regretted all his actions. For never being grateful to have a father like the Emperor, for trying to snatch his father's lover. He regretted everything, but he actually loved Laura, he did not regret ever loving her at all.

Laura's cry grew louder, she had no idea how the Emperor would be disappointed if he found out what had really happened.
