Nat tried to forcibly remove the needle, until blood came out of his hand. Ryan's shocked. Nat tried to get out of bed until he fell. Ryan hugged her. Ryan looked at it sadly. Nat crying. He's in a fight he wants to see Nael. She's afraid Rey is hurting Nael. He couldn't think what would happen if something happened to Nael. Right now Nael is just his passion to face this life. Because his body has not recovered Nat back pinsan.

"Switched.. Nat.." call Ryan. The doctor and nurse immediately treated Nat after Ryan put her back on the bed. Ryan knew now he had to do something. He saved Nael. He calls Bob and tells him to move Nael to his hospital. Fia also advised Bob to do it carefully lest Rey find out.
