Nathan feels warm and goes straight back into the room and gives it to Al, Nathan also tells Varel to look after Al because Nathan wants out to buy medicine and Varel assures him.
Nathan is out of contract and looking for a nearby stall, Nathan has walked quite a distance but all the stalls he met have all been closed probably because it was night in the end Nathan found a stall that is still open. Nathan approached her.
