Still Flash Back
and Farhan POV
I continued the journey. I drove the car carefully because I didn't memorize the streets here.
Not far from the tire patch workshop, my eyes pounded the scenery in front of me. There were two men talking on the side of the road pointing at the wheels of the motor. Seems
I know them.
I pulled the car out and got off. I walked over to two people who were talking seriously. Near them a duck motorbike with the engine position still alive.
“Bang Tedi, what's up?” I asked as I kept approaching.
“Eh, Mr. Farhan. Here, my friend's motorbike is leaking. He wants to go back to the tire patch. But, it has been a bit far, more than 1 kilo. I suggest the road continues no 1 kilometer as I remember there is a workshop. In addition, the road does not go up,” said Bang Tedi.
“You can guarantee that the tire patch repair shop is there and open? Fear is tired to get there turned out to be closed,” refute Bang Tedi's friend.
Bang Tedi was silent. Finally, Bang Tedi's friend turned his bike towards the workshop where I patched the tires. He told Bang Tedi to come back with me.
Bang Tedi obeyed the words of his friend. We got back to the car to continue
the journey. Bang Tedi's holding the wheel.
As the road descends, Bang Tedi looks panicked. His face looks pale. I feel the pace
the car is so fast and out of control.
“Rem blong!” bang Tedi panicked.
I panicked when I saw a truck in front of us. When it's near, Bang Tedi
swing the steering to the left. The car also slid down.
I constantly recite the remembrance of asking God for help. I closed my eyes when the car rolled over. On the return position, my nose smells of fuel. I forced myself to open my eyes. I saw the fire in the back of the car.
“Bang Tedi, car burning. We're jumping now!” I shouted while opening the seat belt.
I opened the car door and said Basmalah. I strengthened my resolve to jump from the mobi that is still sliding.
“Allahu akbar!” I jumped out.
My body feels like it's rolling around. I don't know how far and how long. I can only rely while continuing to recite while my consciousness has not been lost.
I can still feel my body stop rolling. However, my head felt hit a hard object that made the pain very much. I also could not open my eyes. It was my consciousness that disappeared.
I don't know how long I've been unconscious. I don't know at all.
Clearly, when I started to gain consciousness, my head felt throbbing. It's hard to open my eyelids. The body also feels stiff can not be moved.
When I opened my eyes, I felt darkness envelop me. I kept my eyes open while remembering what I was really going through. However, the pulse in my head got worse and my consciousness disappeared again.
I came back to my senses in better condition. The pain in my head is a little bit. I opened my eyes and saw the light. However, I didn't know I was in
where's. My body feels so stiff, it's hard for me to pull. Looks like something heavy is hitting me.
Finally, I can see more clearly. I'm in a supine position under a tree branch. I think there's a big enough tree branch falling on me.
I remember my wife and my future son. Desire strikes me with pain. It makes
I was motivated to get out of that place. I gotta go home. I want to meet my Love.
I made the determination to get out. I focused on the strength to remove the branches that were pressing on me. When I tried to move my hand to pull the twig, I felt a terrible pain in my left arm. I think my arm is injured. I don't know how bad. I stopped my efforts.
As I set my breath to recover, I heard a male voice. I estimate 2 or 3 people. I remained motionless, sharpening my ears to catch their conversation.
“Are you sure only one person was in that car?” I heard a rather heavy voice.
“Police found only one body. In fact, from the words of the person who used the motorbike, his friend returned to the car. Means in the car there are two people,” said the person with a slight cry.
“Can I be sure who the body is? The person we're after or the driver Candra Wijaya?”
I gasped to hear the name Om Candra called. Also when they say about the bodies. My heart kept wondering.
“Not yet. The body was only autopsied but no DNA tests were performed. Mr. Deny is worried that our target is still alive. That's what we have to make sure.” I heard the voice of a slightly deflated man.
“Why should he get back in the car. Otherwise, we will be free of duty, our task is finished because the target we have finished,” complained people who have different voices.
“Already, don't complain! We have to comb through this location to make sure that nephew
Candra Wijaya is dead. Or if we find it alive, we finish it here.”
I'm sure they're talking about the accident I just had. And, I think Bang Tedi can't escape death for failing to get out of the car.
I held my breath. Again, I recite my miser while praying for help
to the Lord of the World. I hope I still get a chance to meet
my wife and awaiting the birth of my son.
The voices of those people were getting away. Over time I heard more and more faintly. I still didn't dare to move because I was worried that they would come back again.
For about an hour I was still silent. I did not dare to move my body. The tree branch that locked me up had indeed injured my arm. However, I am now thankful that this foliage that kept me locked away kept my body hidden, unnoticed by those people.
The power of God is great. Behind the disaster, there is wisdom that I have.
After I made sure those people had left, slowly my right hand tried
the branches that cover me. Wasn't easy. Moreover, I just
using one hand. My great determination kept me trying.
Tired, sore, I've neglected it. Even the flooding sweat I don't care about.
Finally, my struggle has borne fruit. Slowly I was able to get up, straightening my body in a sitting position. Aaaah.lega it feels like being able to breathe airy.
After resting for a while, I began to get rid of the twigs and leaves
covering feet. It takes a long time guni is not as difficult when brushing branches and leaves that cover the head to the stomach.
So liberated, I thanked him for his help. I tried to stand up too. After I succeeded, I started to try to step up. I just rely on my feelings. My steps up.
Every time my head throbbed in pain, I stopped my steps. I leaned my body against the tree and rested my body.
With great difficulty, I reached the edge of the highway. I don't know what time it was. However, I'm sure it hasn't entered the time of the sublime.
Kuraba pocket my pants. My HP doesn't exist. I still found my wallet. Complete. Identity cards, ATM cards, and a bit of cash. I remember, in the wallet there are only 8 pieces fifty thousand. And, I've used three sheets to pay for the tire patch.
I watched the vehicles passing by. I didn't find public transport. I wave when a private car passes in front of me. However, the driver seemed to ignore me. I don't know how many times I've done that, the result is the same. None of the cars stopped.
I watched my body. Ah, it turns out that my clothes were torn in some parts. My body is clear
sordid. Maybe they think I'm crazy.
I decided to stop any vehicle. Whether it's a truck, a car, or a motorcycle. Again I did not succeed. I'm almost desperate. Finally, when I saw a motorcycle that was speeding slowly, I was determined to block it by standing on the shoulder of the road.
“Hey, are you going to kill yourself? Don't crash into my bike! I don't want to be a witness, noisier. Move!” yelled the man who was riding the motorbike.
“Bang, please take me to the city. I paid, really. Want, yeah?” door weld.
“Indeed you dare to pay how much?” said cynical.
I took out two pieces of fifty thousand bills and I handed them to him. He looked surprised.
“Telah, up! Here, wear a helmet. Good thing I brought it,” he said as he pulled the helmet on me.
I accept it with pleasure. My feeling is a little relieved.
“Alhamdulillah, praise be to You O Allah,”.
I'll go up to the back seat immediately. The man drove his motor slowly.
“Where are you going?” he asked as he began to enter the streets were quite crowded.
“Take me to the shopping complex, yes,” I said.
About five minutes later, he stopped me in the parking lot of a big store. Not a mall, but big enough. I saw an ATM machine with the logo ATM Bersama.
“Yes already, I'm down here only. Thank you very much for your help brother. May Allah return the favor Brother,” I said before parting ways.
I stepped into the ATM box. I took out one of my ATMs. It was a surprise that I found my card blocked. I think I entered the PIN wrong. However, all the same. Even three cards I tried, the results still show that my card is blocked..
I was so panicked. How can I get home from this land of North Sumatra? HP no, cash only three pieces of blue, tattered clothes too.
With a shunt, I came out. Thought I was looking for Om Candra's address. But, my brain can't remember his home address. I've only been there once and the address record is in my lost HP.
As I was thinking, I was shocked by the screams. His voice was still quite far away, but it sounded
evidently.
“That's the guy we're looking for. He's standing right there. Let's get him!” The screams followed
three men ran towards me.
My gut tells me they're not good people. I'm sure they'll catch me. Perhaps they were men conversing at the site near the accident. I have to avoid. I have to escape, don't get caught.
Although my steps felt heavy, my body was limp, I forced it to dodge. I took my steps as quickly as possible.
I saw a black pick-up car. I squatted on the left side of the car. I thought cars
it can protect me from the sight of those who pursue me.
My heart was pounding when I heard the right door open and it was closed soon. That means the car will leave soon. And, there will be no more
obstructing the view of the criminals.
