Innarishiki was inspired by Dewi Inari, the Shinto Temple Guard Goddess in Japan, who took the form of the White Fox in Japanese beliefs. because it would not make sense if Dewi Inari even lost to black cats! so that's why Nopt who was originally a black cat became Yattagarashu suffered this ]
