Aris stood up from his chair, and he approached Meli.

"Where did you come from, dear, and so beautiful?" Said Aris while hugging and kissing Meli.

"From home come here." Meli said with a sweet smile.

"Well, what a tumben."

Aris looked at Meli in confusion.

Meli smiled looking at Aris wondering.

"What the hell is it, baby? looks so happy, it's not my birthday or your birthday, is it?"

"Not." Meli Say.

"Certainly? ar and Re's Birthday? or Elis?" Ask Aris, curious.

"Not." Say Meli again.

Aris scratched his head that did not itch, he looked at the smile of his wife who increasingly made him curious.

"Ah... I know, you must have missed me again right?" Said Aris, then he hugged Meli again and kissed her lips.

"Hmmm. no." Said Meli while releasing Aris' embrace.

"Yes, what do you think, baby?" Aris said, desperate.

"I just came to give you this gift." Meli said, she held out a small gift box to Aris.

"What's this?" Ask Aris while welcoming the gift box.

"Just open it." Meli Say.

Aris looked at Meli while laughing, she opened the gift box. Then, Aris looked at Meli with a look of disbelief.

"Seriously..?" Ask Aris while opening her eyes wide staring at the two testpacks in the box.

"Look, there's a picture of the USG below." Meli Say.

Aris grabs USG Photos from a pile of colorful pieces of paper inside the box.

"Twin?" Tanya Aris couldn't believe it.

Meli just smiled looking at Aris.

"Twin? it's a twin, there's a circle of two..! it's twins..!!" Aris said, he seemed very enthusiastic about seeing the photo of the USG results.

"It's serious, isn't it, baby?"

Meli nodded her head and smiled at Aris.

"Alhamdulillah...! my wife is pregnant again...!"

Aris held Meli's body and kissed Meli's lips with affection. Then, he came out of his room still holding Meli.

"Mas, what the hell, embarrassed at seeing your employees..!" Said Meli while covering her face.

"Consideration...! Today's lunch, I'll buy..! My wife is pregnant.please announce it on speaker yes..! my wife hamillll...!" Shouted Aris from the front door of his room.

The calm atmosphere became crowded with sayings and do'a-do'a for Meli and their baby-to-be.

Aris brought Meli back into her room. Then, he lowered Meli's body and hugged Meli again tightly.

"Thank you God, thank you dear. Twice twins are rare, but we can feel them. I can finally feel you escorting and accompanying you into childbirth."

Aris cried happily in front of Meli, then he rubbed Meli's stomach was still flat.

Meli was moved in the hospital room, while the baby was still in the baby's room to be examined by a pediatrician first.

Aris approached Meli who was lying on the bed. He kissed Meli's forehead gently and stroked Meli's hair lovingly.

"You're a great girl, I love you so much." Said Aris, then he grasped and kissed Meli's handbooks.

"Cheal fast, baby."

Meli smiled then nodded weakly.

"Well, what's the name of Mas, our babies?"

"Fathan and Nathan." Aris said excitedly.

"Ok, may they always be healthy and happy."
