Afternoon at the Basrie family residence.
At that time, Zay and his two cousins had woken up from a nap, the three children immediately cleaned themselves and changed clothes until now they were neat and look adorable.
The three of them gathered in the living room, with Bu Parida inviting to watch their favorite movie.
When the woman asked Zay about his wishes, then, the boy always replied that he did not want anything, because he always followed what was the will of his two cousins. During their time with them, if Zay says he doesn't like something, both of them will protest. Eventually, he preferred to remain silent to avoid a fight. So, even though he does not like it does not matter, not every day they are together in the house. Indeed, this is what Zay had in mind, giving up does not mean losing.
Ms. Parida, who saw all of Zay's attitudes and actions, felt more affection towards her, she knew that her granddaughter did not like her but, she was trying to make her two cousins happy. The woman saw that the child's nature, which was very similar to her now deceased child, was declining to her.
Jul—kannya, also always succumbed to Roxy, therefore Bu Parida and also Pak Basrie more loving Jul Jul because of the kindness of his attitude that always succumbed to his brother. However, it was considered by Roxy, that his parents were always favoritism.
Roxy did not like her brother, because he always stole the attention of his parents, and now it is repeated to their children. However, this time Bu Parida will not let his two granddaughters always hate Zay, however, they are still brothers, who must get along well as they should, no hostility or anything of that kind.
"Zay ... Just stay here, okay?" Invite Bu Parida to her grandson.
"Where will you go.... " Zay replied quietly while looking at the grandmother who had just kept looking at him.
"If Zay wants to stay overnight here, grandma is very happy, always hoping to hug Zay if grandma wants to sleep," Said Bu Parida hoping the grandson would stay at his house.
The boy was not unwilling but, he thought for sure his mother would not allow him to stay over, after all, surely he would come to pick him up soon.
Mira—mama was not used to it if at night, there was no child at home, because he always felt unsettled.
For a moment Zay was silent when he saw the gaze of the grandmother, who hoped he would stay tonight. However, he felt, not completely safe in that place, because he still felt afraid if later in the afternoon had to meet with his grandfather or uncle. For the boy both were very creepy, even though the last time he met his grandfather he had already changed.
Even so, Zay still thinks that the grandfather is a very bad person and always makes his mother cry.
However, Bu Parida's unrelenting understanding always towards Zay, that his grandfather loved him very much but, it is not easy for a child to forget the event that hurt his heart. He always imagined when his mother cried caused by the grandfather, instead of her revenge against the grandfather but, he was afraid it would happen to him.
"Hi, Zay, why shut up?" Bu Parida asked the boy.
"It's okay, Grandma..” Zay replied with a small smile towards the grandmother.
"Is anyone sick? or want something?" Ask Ms. Parida.
"No" Zay replied as he shook his head slowly.
"Surely Zay doesn't want anything?" Ask Bu Parida again to make sure that, nothing happened to his granddaughter.
After a moment of silence, suddenly the sound of a house doorbell rang.
A housekeeper opened the door. When the door opens, the guest is invited to enter the house and meet the owner.
From a distance, the couple walked slowly to the living room, while Bibi, the assistant, walked behind them.
After being in the living room, Mira and Jack say hello while extending their hands to the mother-in-law.
Mira calls her son whom she considers to be the little hero, then, Zay approaches her. He shook hands with his mother and father, but with his two cousins, they ignored the person who came as a guest, because they were still focused on the show that was watched until finally Bu Parida called his two grandchildren to greet Mira and Jack, of course, and they both feel compelled to follow the request of their grandmother.
"Papa's not home yet, Ma...?" Mira asked her mother-in-law.
"No, for some reason it's usually at home at this hour but why not come home today, too" replied Bu Parida with a faint smile towards the daughter-in-law.
"Maybe stuck in traffic on the road, at this hour right, prone to the problem of hours of work," said Jack chimed in.
"Maybe yeah... " Answer to Ms. Parida.
"The mir... Can you, yeah, zay just stayed here last night?" Said Ms. Frida in a tone full of plea.
Mira has not answered the words of the in-laws, she looks at the husband and then at the child. Jack knew the answer was that his mother would not allow him to stay there.
"But, Ma... tomorrow Mira will visit Mama Merlin's house, she said Mama misses Zay very much," said Mira gave an excuse so that Bu Parida felt not offended, with the rejection Mira gave.
"Yes, just last night.. tomorrow you can pick her up again, here before going there, how?” Bu Parida said with a face full of pleading.
Mira did not have the heart to see the in-law like that, but she also did not want to let Zay stay with her. Somehow her little heart wouldn't let her stay.
"Let's go, Ma. Not tonight" said Mira, smiling faintly at the in-laws. "Oh yes, Ma.. Where to nilam?" Tanya Mira, she tried to shift the conversation.
"She's still in her room not down from this afternoon" replied the mother.
"How are you, she's Ma ...?"
"Alright, this afternoon he was here to play with the children" explained Ms. Parida.
"Thank God if it's good" Mira said with a smile, Zay following behind her.
"Dear Zay, get the bag, we go home now" Mira gave the boy an order to take his belongings.
"Much recently, mir.... " Said Mrs Parida.
"It's too late in the afternoon, Ma. later the road will be more jammed," Mira chimed.
"Yes already if you want to go home, Mama really hope Zay stay," said Bu Parida again.
"Yes, MA. Next time, yes Ma" replied Mira.
Ms. Parida went to Zay's room to retrieve her grandson's belongings.
After a while Ms. Parida had returned with some of the items in question, she handed them to Mira, feeling a little disappointed that her desire to sleep with Zay was not accomplished.
