This virus can attack humans and change human physique to be like a monster and become a human soul like it is dead and his body is controlled by the virus (only very few people can control his body even though it has been get the virus).
In 2019, Natsuko dreams of the destruction of humanity due to the human water virus.In the morning Natsuko Takeshi also wakes up from her bed and goes to her school, where she is,When he and his friends in the school laboratory to study, his friend Hiromoto arrived to become a water man because the virus was getting into the substance, and inadvertently hiromoto inhaled the substance.
after waiting for a few minutes, the Organization of the Water-Man Killer, Natsuko almost does not believe her close friend died due to the water-human virus, Though Natsuko did not become a water-human after being exposed to the virus, but why did Hiromoto become a Water Man?

The organization is formed in 5 groups, one group consists of more than 2 members, only 1 captain, and only 1 vice-captain, natsuko is included in the 4th army.
