Faint Shadow

“Keep me out of here.” Arisha said as she saw someone enter the luxurious room.

No sound is spoken as deaf as hearing. His handsome face was staring at Arisha.

“Please, listen to me. I want to get out. Who exactly are you?” asked Arisha standing up from her seat.

A bright morning looks hopeless when all the windows are layered with trellis.

“Breakfast.” Hearing the order from the foreign man, Arisha cast her gaze in the other direction.

The door to the room is back in the lock from the outside. Arisha looked down rubbing her face rough. I don't know who the guy is with him right now. All Arisha needs are met well. Without one less.

“What should I do?” ask Arisha to herself.

Can no longer wait, he went around every room to find a place to escape. Arisha doesn't know that Nalendra is worried about her out there.

Reifan is back home today. Gina and Dara also take Reifan. Now they are all in the house where Reifan seems to pay attention to the house and room where Arisha is not also seen.

“Bi, where's Arisha?” It was not Reifan who asked but Dara.

The look of disdain seemed to judge if Arisha was not a good wife.

Reifan stared at the aunt as he listened to what she was about to answer.

“Mrs Arisha...have not been home since last night, big lady.” Fearful Aunt answered.

He lowered his head. He also asked where the madam had not been seen until this morning. While a phone call to the house from Arisha's clinic couldn't be answered.

Hearing Aunt's reply, of course Dara and Gina's faces seemed to be smiling faintly. Reifan turned his face when he heard Aunt's words.

“Let him alone. I want to rest.” said Reifan chose to lay down in his bedroom bed.

His head was still not so good for him to use thinking.

“Rei, you're still sick like this. But look at the woman who said she was your wife, where is she now? Here is Gina who is always with you. Who is your real wife?” Dara seems to deliberately heat things up.

Hope Reifan changes his mind to part with Arisha. Gina is the only woman who feels fit to be her daughter-in-law.

“Please out. I want to rest.” peech Reifan again.

“Rei..” Gina frowned sadly nearing Reifan.

He did not want to leave Reifan when he saw there was an opportunity where the target man was only alone.

“Good. Come here, accompany me here.” added Reifan again and Gina who heard it so happy. He smiled as he approached Reifan.

Since that day Reifan has always been taken care of by Gina. The words of the servant who forbade Gina to be in the house were actually denied by Dara. Not only that, Gina brought her belongings to Reifan's house.

As if now they have become husband and wife who is one roof different room.

“Gina, how is Rei? I still have a lot of needs in LA. You don't have a problem there guarding Reifan?” The phone call from Dara made Gina nod and smile happily.

“How's Arisha? Hasn't there been any news till now?” ask Dara who is also curious. Where did his daughter-in-law actually go.

It's been five days since Arisha didn't come home.

Nalendra who cooperated with the police still had no development. Traces of Arisha's abduction have disappeared in the middle of the city.

“There is no, Tan. May it be forever. Lagian Reifan never found her either. The important thing is that Gina is here, Tan.” said where Dara also agreed.

“El,” Sounded voice from Reifan calling Gina.

Gina hastily turns off her calls with Dara. Soon the woman approached Reifan. His face smiled even though it felt quite tired of taking care of Reifan. But Gina really likes this. He was close to Reifan was already quite a satisfying thing for him.

As long as there is no Arisha, Gina is grateful. “Iya, Rei. What do you want?” ask Gina.

“I want to walk out. It feels at home just very bored.” said Reifan.

Gina happily complied. He accompanied Reifan around the house. Both of them sat in the garden chairs.

“Reifan, I'm home!”

“Rei, let's accompany me. I'm scared.” There was a faint voice of a woman.

“Why be afraid, Risha?” The voice of Reifan was heard again.

“I'm scared, Rei. You did not watch the horror movie.” said the woman in the dark shadow. Soon the two laughed and hugged each other.

Reifan shook his head while massaging his forehead. Dizziness that Reifan now feels.

“Rei! Rei! Reifan, what's up?” Gina patted slowly on Reifan's shoulder sitting beside her.

Reifan simply ignored Gina's words. He chose to sit for a while until he finally chose to enter the house. The shadow on his head was not clear. However, the speech in the shadow was clearly heard by him.

It had been almost two weeks since Reifan's return. Arisha is not back yet. Now her gentle demeanor towards Gina slowly dissipated into coldness. Like this morning, where Reifan was getting service from Gina.

“Rei, here's breakfast. I've cooked it for you and also the juice you asked for.” said Gina smilingly thrusting the tray she brought.

Reifan sat in the garden chair staring at Gina's arrival.

“Thanks, Gina.” Reifan says.

Gina's forehead shriveled in hearing the name of the former. Reifan doesn't usually say his name like that.

“Rei, what are you saying? What did you call me?” gina asked half-smiling in disbelief.

For the first time Reifan called the name Gina without the nickname El which means dear.

“I'm fine. If you are tired go back to your house.” said Reifan calmly.

Now his mind feels chaotic considering the figure of a woman who has the status of his wife. One by one, conversations in the past began to appear in his memory.
