Howard Headed To The Village

"I don't want you to make up for it, I just want you to marry me" Lessy replied.

"A marriage without love won't be happy" Howard said.

"Don't forget you proposed to me, and now you're saying no love" said Lessy who couldn't accept.

"Lessy, all these things I was wrong from the beginning, I thought I loved you all along and I kept proposing to you even though sometimes I doubted my own feelings while I hurt Vinvin too. because of our relationship he chose to live in a village that is not worth living in and there is no future.it all started from my mistakes," Howard said.

"You've been doubting me all this time?" lessy asked, who let out her tears.

"Not doubting you, but doubting my own feelings, where maybe I can be happy after we get married when my feelings are empty when with you. how could I laugh while he was there living in trouble for my happiness" Howard said.

"We can still start over, Howard. Don't ever leave me, I just want to live with you" Lessy said.

"Sean, if their marriage is annulled, then I will cancel our cooperation contract" Shane said.

"A marriage is not a business, it all depends on Howard's feelings, who he chooses then I just support him" Sean replied.

"Pa, I'll take Vinvin to stay with us!" howard.

"I was just doing something I should have been doing" Howard replied.

"I won't be quiet if you cancel our wedding" said Lessy

"Your side! no matter what happens, I won't marry you" Howard replied.

"You will regret it" Lessy said.

"Howard, I want you to take responsibility for everything that happened, the invitation cards have been distributed and now you're canceling this wedding. This is tantamount to embarrassing our family" Shane said.

"I'll take full responsibility, don't worry!" answer Howard.

"Pa, I have to go now!" said Howard.

"Go quickly and bring him home" replied Sean.

"Howard, don't go! if you leave, I'll hate you forever" cried Lessy, who was chasing Howard's steps toward her car.

Howard ignored the woman who was calling his name.

"Howard, I'm giving you a chance to marry me, get out of the car right now" said Lessy, who knocked on the windshield.

"Howard..," cried Lessy.

"Howard...."

"Howard...."

Howard turned on the engine of his car and left, he did not care even though the woman was chasing from behind.

"Howard.don't go.." - Lessy's cries were still chasing the car that had come a long way.

"Howard...."

When she fell down she cried hysterically, her dream of becoming the man's wife was now gone.

"What's my fault for telling him to leave? I'm your future wife and it's only natural that I'm jealous of why you still chose her" Lessy cried in the face of the road.

Howard traveled for several hours to the village where his best friend lived.all night he did not stop to rest at all.

Howard has entered a remote area that is deserted and only seen a few houses that have been slum in a row of small roadside there.and Howard headed to the area where his best friend lived which is still quite far away.

On the other hand Vinvin who just woke up in the morning, he took a shower and washed his face.after he was done he began to do his activities is to plant vegetables and also water the water. after living in the village he never had breakfast again because there was nothing to eat for lunch and dinner alone he could only eat a little because of lack of food. the vegetables he planted were nothing.

In addition to filling his own stomach, he also had to return it to the neighbors he had borrowed earlier.

"Good morning to the birds flying in the air, you live so freely you can fly high and go anywhere. you can only wait for death if you live in this village," said Vinvin who looked up at the sky.

Vinvin then began to grow vegetables, and water the plants that had begun to bear fruit.

"The baby girl, what am I supposed to eat this lunch for? it's been three weeks that I can't eat with fullness" Vinvin murmured.

Not long after Howard walked to Vinvin's residence, his car could only park in front of the road there and walk hundreds of meters in.

Vinvin's house is located at the end and furthest from the country road.

"All the way is so quiet, and only a few people live here, this place is very unfit to be occupied" said Howard who walked to his best friend's house.

After walking for almost half an hour Howard saw a girl hoeing the ground next to his house at the end of it.

Because it was still a long distance away, Howard walked and while paying attention to whether the girl he saw was his best friend.

After confirming the girl, he looked up by standing on a coconut tree not far from Vinvin's position.

Looking very messy the girl's appearance, the man's eyeballs look teary as he watches his best friend change.

Unlike before, Vinvin is a girl who looks neat even though only casual clothes, but now she looks thinner, black, and the ground was scattered on her clothes and also stuck to her face. what a painful sight for Howard to see his best friend.

The girl only focused on her work, she was not at all afraid of getting dirty and kept doing her work.

As long as Vinvin was busy, Howard stood there looking at everything his friend was doing.

"Has she been living this kind of life? in a remote place that is not safe, his house is also rundown and can collapse at any time, he is also thin. What about eating his days here? can you eat with fullness?" inner Howard.

Two hours later.

Vinvin stood straight because he was overwhelmed.

"It hurts my waist," muttered Vinvin who sat on the ground, he looked at the vegetables he had grown himself so far.

"How much is grown, it is still only edible and cannot be sold" Vinvin said.

"Today was very hot" muttered Vinvin who wiped his face with his long sleeves, making his face even dirtier.

Howard who saw the condition of the girl he let out tears, only for the sake of his happiness Vinvin willingly chose to live in difficulty in a village that is not worth at all occupied.
