Ashley shut the door so tightly when she had just finished talking to Kendrick.
"What-what's he? He's not only a cold but arrogant guy as well, telling me to be his personal secretary!" yell Ashley, putting her hairband on the table.
That afternoon, Kenny and Kevin persuaded Kendrick to make Ashley Secretary, replacing Rosa. Instead of refusing, the man agreed to the twins' proposal without asking Ashley first.
Ashley was so upset, she refused firmly the request of her two children. But when he saw the blinking eyes of the twins, Ashley was struck by a dilemma.
"Aren't you afraid that Daddy's new secretary will be the actor? We don't want Mommy to be a widow." Kenny is putting his lips together.
"Yes, Mommy, it's better for Mommy to be Daddy's personal secretary, poor Uncle Max, she must be having a hard time finding Daddy's Secretary." Both of Kevin's eyes were radiating sadness.
The words of her two children, ringing in Ashley's mind now.
Ashley is forced to agree with Kenny and Kevin. And hopefully later in the afternoon, you can negotiate with Kendrick. However, since this afternoon, the man had always avoided her, arguing that he was busy checking reports of a delayed week meeting due to Rosa.
That night, after the twins fell asleep. Ashley was finally able to talk to Kendrick. But again and again the words of her husband a few minutes ago, make Ashley can not dwell in the slightest.
The flashback
"Ashley, just accept my offer, and the Secretary's salary is bigger than the staff, do you want to make the twins do something that harms others again?" Kendrick said with a flat face.
Ashley wonder. "Whatchu mean?
"Well, you're thinking, I thought it was the twins this afternoon, like they were deliberately feeding Rosa poisoned food? Because yesterday Kenny and Kevin accidentally saw Rosa teasing me."
Ashley's getting confused.
"Toxic food? Kenny and Kevin couldn't possibly have such evil intentions. They're Ken's kids, and what's the advantage for them anyway?"
"Of course there is for them. You recall? Yesterday Darla was giving you a jengkol stew gift, right?"
Ashley nodded, with a faint frown.
"Did you forget? Yesterday the three of you had a stomachache while eating that little jengkol stew. And Rosa said I gave her food, but nothing."
Ashley recalls yesterday, she and the twins went back and forth to the toilet for eating Darla's food. She regrets not following her father-in-law's word to refuse Darla's gift. After all Ashley didn't know it was jengkol stew, a food that tasted very strange on her tongue.
"Of course there was, as a child they didn't want to see Mommy get hurt. So they stirred up a commotion by making Rosa tumbal." Connect Kendrick again.
Ashley was stunned for a moment, only to understand Kendrick's thoughts. "There's so much love for Rosa."
"For what pity her, it's her fault anyway. Even if Maximus gets Rosa's replacement, he may be targeted by the twins again. It's starting tomorrow morning you should be my secretary!"
Before Ashley responded, Kendrick had already sailed from before her.
Flashback Off
Ashley gave a rough sigh. Wouldn't want to obey Kendrick's orders. Especially before putting Kenny and Kevin to bed. Both of his sons want Daddy and Mommy to always be romantic in front of them.
"Hopefully tomorrow I can work with that crazy guy." Ashley climbed onto the bed and broke down and began to enter the dream room.

Morning has arrived. As usual Ashley started her activities in the morning by cooking and making provisions for the twins. And prepare food for their breakfast. Ashley never woke up Kenny and Kevin because they were independent children, would wake up alone without being told to.
After everything is done. Ashley, Kendrick, Kenny and Kevin leave together for school again at the request of their two children. Ashley's been suspicious of the twins' requests lately. They are too spoiled. He wants to be delivered every day by his parents. However, Ashley brushed off all her negative thoughts instantly.
"Today Mommy's working as Daddy's Secretary, right?" Kevin was sitting on Kendrick's lap leaning his head against Kendrick's chest.
Kendrick rubbed Kevin's puffed cheeks. "Yes, from today Mommy works as Daddy's Secretary."
Kevin straightened his back, then looked towards the rearview mirror in the middle of the car. "Yey! Uncle Max heard it for himself, right? Mommy became Daddy's Secretary, so Uncle Max didn't have to find Aunty Rosa's wife anymore!"
Maximus replied with a smile.
"Mom, today we both have additional lessons in School, so it's possible to go home the other night, yesterday we applied for Nuclear Physics lessons?" Kenny looked up, saw his Mommy was looking ahead, watching the traffic on the highway.
"Hehe, it seems exciting, not only is Mom nuclear Physics, we're also taking Fine Arts lessons!" Kevin chimed in on Kenny.
Ashley sighed softly. Seeing the look of happiness on Kenny and Kevin's face.
"Alright, but don't let you get tired, be good at dividing the time, yes" said Ashley while stroking Kenny's thick hair.
"Okay, my beautiful Mommy!" kenny and Kevin said unknowingly and then chuckled for a moment.
Ashley smiled broadly, seeing that both of her children looked happy now. Accidentally his eyes collided directly with Kendrick's eyes which were currently watching him as well.
Did you look around?
Ashley glared at Kendrick. Kendrick threw his face at the window.
In front of the wheel, Maximus quietly observed the behavior of the four humans from the middle glass of the car.
A few minutes' delay. Kendrick's European-style luxury vehicles have reached the renowned International School in LA City (Los Angeles). Kenny and Kevin waved to both parents before entering the school grounds.
"Bye Daddy, Bye Mommy!!" kenny and Kevin shouted in unison and then ran into the magnificent building.
After Kenny and Kevin's backs disappear at the school gate, Ashley glances at Kendrick's cynical.
"I'll just get down here!"
"Who told you to come down?" ask Kendrick.
"Nothing, I don't want to be dropped off in the middle of the road anymore, I'll take the bus from here." Ashley was about to take the briefcase that was beside her body.
"Road Max!" tell Kendrick for a moment.
Maximus directly drove the black car. Ignoring Ashley's screams that echoed inside now.
"Max! Stop car!" Ashley growled, staring intently at Maximus through the middle glass. Then turn your eyes to the side."Kendrick! Are you deaf or what? Put me down now!"
Reluctant to say, Kendrick instead smiled smirk while propping up his chin and then turned his face to the car window, looking at the view of the city of LA.
Ashley's patience was over, her jaw hardened suddenly, staring intently without taking her eyes off Kendrick.
"Kendrick! Why do you always make me in trouble? Is your job now to bother me? What exactly do you want!? Why are you so annoying?!" Ashley half yelled.
Kendrick budging. There was no movement at all from the man, assuming Ashley was just a statue at the moment.
"Kendrick! You're gi–hmmff's man!
Both eyes wide Ashley when Kendrick kissed her lips very strongly suddenly.
"Whisper!" Kendrick brushed her face away and quickly rubbed her lipstick on Ashley.
Ashley was stunned for a moment, her breathing was extremely hunting. "Why did you kiss me!?"
"For you not to be noisy anymore, that's the only way you can shut up" he said.
Ashley grunts. "But you can keep my mouth shut with your hands!" he protested while picking up a tissue in a bag and then rubbing his lips rough, trying to remove traces of Kendrick's kiss.
"My lips have been tainted because of you!" Ashley put on an annoyed face, without stopping her hand movements still rubbing her lips.
Ignoring Ashley's grunts, Kendrick turned her gaze outside the car window again. I don't know what that guy was thinking. The next second the tip of his lips lifted slightly.
