"Rafa and Rafi, nice names," Bella said, tearfully.
Diah looked at the two little babies, her heart ached, the little boy should be drinking breast milk. But the truth is different. Bella can not give breast milk to her child, will certainly cause the innocent baby to contract the virus.

"I'm sure Ello, your godly wife, is willing to take care of Rafa and Rafi, yes, Diah,"
Diah did not make a sound, her tears were already welling up in the eyes.
"Calista.." call Bella.
"Yes Mom..." Calista held Bella's hand and then stuck it on her cheek.
"If Mommy goes, take care of your sister, son, Rafa, Rafi, would be proud to have a sister like you" said Bella. But he can't move.

They then gave milk to the two babies.

The afternoon passed replaced by a tinge of orange in the sky, it means that dusk has arrived. Sayup-sayup heard the sound of short letters that read Calista, pray for the momny, until maghrib arrived. The atmosphere in the ICU room is still very tense when Bella still continues to fuss.
"Darling..I pray first, we will replace yes," Marsel told Diah.
"Yes," answered Diah short.
"Ello, just pray here, I want to join the congregational prayer with you" Bella said.
Marsel looked back at Bella who was still in a state of closed eyes.
"Alright Ma'am," Diah replied, then helped Bella to tayamum.
"Diah... I've heard; he said prayers can be aslept right?"
"Of course you can, Allah is Forgiving," Diah made up Bella's face.
While Marsel immediately went to the bathroom, get some water.
Diah, Lita and Bella, pray together Marsel who became a priest.
Anneke and Patrick who were sad to lean his body on the wall since then did not stop crying.

When I was thinking about finished praying, the sound of monitors all then turned to look at Bella. Anneke shook her daughter's body slowly but did not open her eyes.
"Bella.." cried Anneke who was hugging her daughter. All of them then approached Bella's body which was already motionless.
Kontan Marsel pressed the call button to the doctor.
"Bella..." Anneke cried blue as well as Patrick.
"Omm... Mommy's sleeping, don't be built, pity Mommy," Lita tugged at Anneka's arm. Diah who was aware of the situation, hugged Calista's body from behind.
"Doctor, please my daughter Doc," urged Anneke when the doctor had pressed Diah's chest.
"Please everyone wait outside" the doctor said. Everyone then comes out.
The doctor pressed Bella's chest with a device until a few minutes later.
Bella opened her eyes slowly staring at the doctor's face looking blurry, but still faintly visible white clothes that the doctor wore.
"Doctor.." Bella's voice was just in the throat.
"Yes, miss, don't be forced to talk" the doctor said.
"Allow me to meet Diah Susanti Doc," Bella pinta.
"Alright," without waiting for a long time the nurse called Diah outside the room. Anneke intends to come in despite Sister's arrest, he barged in first.
Diah pulls off Marsel's hand and chases Anneke.
"Mbak Bella," Diah grabbed Bella's limp hand.
"Diah... You haven't promised me that you will take care of the twins?" ask Bella.
"Mr Bella..." Diah could no longer hold back the crying. Marsel was holding his wife's shoulder from behind.
Anneke who was crouching next to her daughter was unable to speak any more than cry.
"Ello. please let Diah take care of Rafa and Rafi yes, I believe, only your wife can be the mother of my three children, guiding them to be a good child, and a sholeh," Bella still speaks fluently even though she is almost inaudible.
Marsel looked at his former in-laws for approval. And in the end Anenneke nodded in agreement. Anne believes in Diah. Because she had known Diah for a few days, Diah was a good woman.
"Well, Bella, we promised to adopt Rafa and Rafi" Marsel replied.
Bella seemed to smile faintly then turned to look at Diah who did not stop crying.
"Di-Diah.. promise me. You'll love my children" Bella's voice dashed.
"Okay Ma'am, I promise to take care of the twins" said Diah.
"Thank you Di-Diah.." That's the last word that said Bella's mouth.
The doctor pressed Bella's pulse turned out to be cold. The doctor nodded weakly.
Diah immediately hugged her husband with tears that soaked the Marsel shirt on the chest.
"Speakly darling... Bella's calmed down, "Marsel kissed Diah's head.
"Goodbye, Mother Bella..." Diah rubbed Bella's face which initially opened her mouth a little, until finally closed perfectly.
Bella left quietly. Her pale face now just looked fresh with slightly smiling lips.
Anneke cried hysterically, now that her first daughter had gone ahead of her.
