The Mayor of Lu Hong

Within about ten steps from where he was standing now, there was a huge prison room. So big that prison, to the point that it can accommodate about fifties.

"Know!" the horseman raised his tone. "The punishment for those who dare to refute the rules in this city, is the death penalty!" he said firmly.

"Oh, really? Who has made such a punishment?" ou Yang Shen asked suddenly as he spoke.

Another voice suddenly rang out in the middle of the air. Although the owner has not been seen, but his voice can even be heard by everyone on the front page.
