The Story of the Children of the Juragan
148. Where's Fatim

While eating Adam's papa recounts the incident that caused Leon to lie weak, on both his parents.

He also showed evidence of cctv footage taken from his home, then sent it via mobile phone.

Who knew the tape was necessary, if at any time Leon's family wanted to take it to the green table.

Mama Margaretha to smother her mouth and her eyes glazed over, seeing the moments her son experienced the fate.

On the other hand, Leon's family was so grateful and continued to thank him, because the Fatim family had helped their only son a lot.

After they finished breakfast together. Leon's voice called out the name Fatim. They looked at each other, then approached the young man who was still lying weak.

"Leon, is this your mom?" Mama Margaretha rubbed her son's head gently. So did Marco who held Leon's hand.

They stared fixedly at Leon who was still saying the name Fatim, while his eyes were still closed. Mama Margaret asked Fatim to come closer.

"Hi, I'm here brother Leon." said Fatim Lirih.

And slowly Leon's eyes began to blink when faintly heard the voice of the girl he had called the ghost.

Everyone smiled just by looking at the slight change that Leon showed.

"Fatim." muttered Leon.

"Yes, brother, I'm here." Fatim added again.

I want Leon to talk at length. Why are they all gathering and surrounding him. He also wanted to ask what had happened to him, because his body and head were feeling numb. But his voice was like stuck in the esophagus.

Finally Leon leaned thinly on everyone who was gathering. They also re-carved a smile on their faces when they saw Leon could smile.

Leon's eyes dimmed again. Seeing that, they started to worry. Papa Adam immediately checked on Leon. He tried to open his eyelids while highlighting with a flashlight. Then check his heartbeat.

"Don't worry, he just went back to sleep. Maybe the drug's influence is too strong. It is still difficult to open your eyes. I think he is doing pretty well after the operation. Because he can still remember us." explained papa Adam.

"Thank God for praise" said Leon's parents.

Hearing that, made the Fatim family somewhat surprised. They thought Leon's family was also converts, as was the Wulan family.

Even so, it's not a problem. Because friends can be with anyone.

"Then we say yes, sir, ma'am. Because there is still some work waiting. If you need anything, call us. Or you can come to my room." said Adam.

"Yes, sir. Once again thank you for the help." reply Marco.

"Together." reply papa Adam.

With a heavy heart Fatim followed his parents who came out of the room. He still wants to accompany Leon.

"Pa, why was it that when Leon was delirious, he kept calling the girl's name? Maybe she's starting to like it?" chirp mama when the Fatim family is out.

"Papa doesn't know. But what my mom said could be true. The child is beyond reason. I used to chase Wulan. Wulan's turn is married, uh directly mention another girl's name."

"Yes, it might look like papa used to. Too infatuated with women." added mama Margaret.

"Now you're just crazy about your mom."

The atmosphere began to melt when the two threw jokes.

"Oh yes, pa. What if Leon really likes that girl? We're different from them." looks of worry on Mama Margaret's face.

Papa took a deep breath, then threw out slowly. That's too hard to think about. Especially in a short time you have to get an answer.

"We'll talk later, ma. The important thing is to focus on Leon's recovery."

"But remember yes, pa. Mama didn't want to have a fight. As happened in the Marquez family first."

"Don't think of anything that might not have happened yet. Just be sure everything's gonna be okay."

After several hours, Leon again delirious and called the name Fatim. Make his parents sit facing each other.

"Pa, it seems like we should immediately think about the answer to your question earlier. Just look at what your son is doing." said mama Margaret again restless.

"Do we need to take Leon home now?" again my mother made a choice.

"What it won't endanger his life, ma. Let's just wait until he's cured."

"Ma, pa." said Leon.

"What's up, son?" ask both parents at the same time.

"Where's Fatim?"

His parents looked back to match his answer.

"She, she's at work." replied mama Margaret.

"Why doesn't he want to accompany me." as he softly blinked, Leon still continued to question the whereabouts of the girl.

"Don't say it like that. There are papa and mama here. Why are you looking for her?"

Leon no longer answered, and closed his eyes. There was sadness on Margaret's mother's face when she saw her son like that.
