24. The Seeds of Love

When Zhu Haimei was cleaning his wares, suddenly came a young boy who helped Zhu Haimei lift the gas cylinder. Then two men called the young man and he went to them. After almost finishing packing, the young man came back again with Zhu Haimei some apples. Zhu Haimei refused, but the young man threw the apples into an empty basin and fled.

Zhu Haimei smiled at the young man. Then he pulled his trolley and turned around to leave. When he turned around, he saw Shen Dongyuan standing behind a large tree.

Zhu Haimei found it funny and thought that maybe if Shen Dongyuan's parents had another boy, it was possible, they would name it Nanyuan (Nan means south) and Beixiang (Bei means north).

Zhu Haimei paused for a moment after hearing Shen Dongyuan's thanks. He felt like there were tens of thousands of alpacas running fast in his heart. "Together, after all, the watch I am wearing now belongs to your sister. I did a lot of things I shouldn't have done. So don't say thank you to me."
