After hours of waiting, the doctor who handled the Abbey came out with several nurses.

Gibran and Adelia's mama include bi Minah. I realized it was approaching the doctor. "How's my wife and baby doing, doc? Are they okay." Gibran asked with an anxious look on his face.

Once seen from the look of the forehead the doctor frowned and only had an easy gaze to interpret.

And it made Mama Adelia even more afraid of what was on her mind going on.

"How's doc? Why not answer!" Gibran shakes the doctor's shoulder.

"The baby in the womb of your wife is forced to be born because of the impact so hard on her stomach but you rest easy the baby is safe." Speak doctor, make gibran eyes sparkle - twinkle. "That's my wife gave birth to Doc?" Ask gibran.

"Yes, but..." The doctor stopped the word - he said. And that made gibran and mama Adelia frown.

"But what doc?"

"But your wife can't be saved, I've tried hard still can't. Maybe God loves her more." The doctor said he was sad too.

"What!!" Adelia exclaimed her mother by covering her mouth with her hands.

While the gibran heard it as if - his heart would come back to a halt, his legs could not support his body so as to make his plunge to the floor with tears.

"No!!! This is impossible!!!" Shouted gibran.

"He left? She gone? No, I don't want to lose her! No!!" Shouting gibran quickly he covered his ears, he so did not want to hear a word.

Mama Adelia just cried, cried and cried can not say anything let alone see her son so hurt her lost Abbey. Same with bi Minah.

Now, before Abbey was taken to the mortuary, gibran and the others went inside. Similarly, Mr. Zafano who heard the news from his wife returned with a gibey who now ran towards the Abbey wrapped in a white shroud.

"Dad, grandpa, grandma. Please wake up momy. gibey not want to lose momy.."

Everyone in there could not say anything - just cry.

Gibran squatted balancing his body with a gibey, "Sorry baby, Dady can not wake mom. Momy had been called by the one above.." lirih gibran tearfully.

"Pa, take the gibey out." said Adelia's mother. He didn't want his granddaughter to keep crying about losing Abbey.

After Mr. Zafano brought the gibey out of the ER room, there lived gibran and mama Adelia there.

Gibran approached the Abbey. "Why are you going now? Why are you leaving me, huh? Why?" Gibran's sobs broke again.

"When I can only be happy with you, I always aspire to wait for the birth of baby twins can take care of her together - the same until they are big but in fact you leave us, gibey and mama."

"If mother-in-law and father-in-law knew how? What should I say." Gibran.

The next day, the Abbey was buried a few minutes ago. Only the gibran family that was there with Clarissa and Ryan were so shocked to hear this news. Gibran did not tell his father-in-law about the news, but he was unable to tell it.

Gibran crouched there rubbing the tombstone. "If I hadn't been working then maybe you wouldn't have walked away from me, it's all my fault." Gibran lowered his head.

"His world I destroyed Abbey, I must now how else without you...?" It feels claustrophobic, empty, like there is no life anymore.

Gibran stopped the words and exhaled his breath that felt stuck in his throat. "And I'm trying to get you, may you calm down there.

"I love you." Gibran kissed the tombstone before leaving.
