The Secret Of Werewolf

The Secret Of Werewolf
Chapter 81: The News

"Good morning!" Feronica opened her window curtain excitedly, a bright new day began this beautiful morning, Feronica immediately rushed into her school uniform and immediately prepared to walk into the living room of her house.

'Ooooh! I almost fell asleep earlier....' Feronica had a little comment on how it happened last night.

Where he had to hide back to his house carefully, he said, and fortunately that night the door was open for a long time (the door was closed but not in the key) and his mother was asleep at the sewing table where she worked; he quickly cleaned his body and clothes which were quite damaged by the incident last night, went to sleep and finally woke up on a sunny morning.

The wounds he had experienced yesterday had also mostly healed, even the pain in his body had reduced a lot

Feronica looked at the circumstances around, nothing different from the usual. His mother was preparing breakfast for him.

"Good morning mom...." Feronica sat on the chair looking at the simple food served by her mother.

His mother smiled and after he finished preparing the meal, he also sat at the table opposite his daughter. "Good morning Feronica let's eat first...."

Feronica looked carefully at the various kinds of side dishes prepared by her mother, although simple, but all this was her favorite food and it was difficult to resist just by looking at the food in front of her.

"Good meal!" Feronica immediately took the rice to her plate and then picked up various kinds of side dishes and ate them quickly.

Elisabeth watched her daughter, not usually she ate that fast like a man who had not found food for some time. "Slow down...."

Elisabeth also ate with her daughter, and soon they both finished eating.

Feronica wiped her mouth with her handkerchief, she was not sure how much food went into her stomach; indeed after a tiring day yesterday made her need extra energy in the morning.

Tok...

"Hm?" Feronica was startled by the sound of a door knock that suddenly sounded just now.

As soon as Feronica was about to stand up to open the door. His mother quickly preceded him. "Let's just mom...."

Elisabeth opened the door slowly and quickly found out who had come to her house. "Ah, Jack. let's go inside...."

"Is Feronica there?" Jack quickly asked the man he was looking for; it seemed that his business here was to meet Feronica.

"Some, he's still preparing to leave. Just go in...." Elisabeth opened the door wide, and Jack could finally see the man she was looking for was sitting and dressed.

"Oh?" Feronica saw that there was a middle-aged man who was none other than Mr. Jack, and immediately a question arose in her heart. 'Why did Mr Jack come here?'

Not usually Mr. Jack comes to his house, Feronica does not remember when the last time he came to his house, but certainly only this time Feronica saw him outside the school environment.

Mr. Jack is a busy man and has a busy schedule at school, which is why Feronica is wondering why she is visiting him now.

It did not take long Jack finally approached Feronica, with a face that is not too cheerful on this sunny morning. He doesn't usually look this gloomy.

"What's up, sir?" Feronica finally asked the intention of Mr Jack who came to this house, is there really something important so that he came here? Wouldn't meeting at school be possible?

Feronica knows that the existence of Mr. Jack here is certainly not a coincidence, from the look of the face that looks like it certainly there are things that must be discussed immediately.

While Elisabeth was just watching from near the door about what was going on, honestly she was also curious about why this friend came to her daughter in the morning with an aura that seemed serious like this?

"This letter is for you...." Jack handed Feronica a sizable envelope, and immediately Feronica received a gift from her.

Feronica looked carefully at this letter she received, there was an Academy logo there which signified that this letter she received was an official letter from the school.

Feronica was silent for a moment, what did she get a letter like this? And why did Mr Jack deliver it to her?

Feronica glanced at Mr. Jack, still a serious expression from him that made Feronica become increasingly tense.

This letter she held could mean anything, and Feronica really did not know the intent of this letter addressed to her.

The only way to answer this question is simply to open this letter, and without lingering again Feronica slowly opened this letter.

And opening the leaflet of paper contents, Feronica's eyes moved from left to right reading slowly what became its contents.

While his mother was just watching from near the door, and Jack was silent nearby listening to Feronica who was reading.

"...Feronica's sister was officially expelled from the school...."

"...." - ".Feronica was silent, trying to process what she had read earlier, while her mother could only be stunned while covering her mouth in disbelief with what she had heard earlier.

After the formal opening in the official letter, which became part of the contents and the end is what makes Feronica stunned and wondered now.

"Sorry Feronica... The academy has already issued their decision." Jack could only see Feronica who was still silent there, he himself did not know anything about the contents of the letter he had mandated to give to Feronica.

But when he accepted this task, Jack himself already had a hunch that the contents were not good news, and it was proven by the contents that had been read by Feronica.

Feronica was still silent, she squeezed her own uniform, for some reason now she felt tight again in her chest.

Various questions began to appear in his mind and also his disbelief of what happened, because of which Feronica just fell silent here.

"Thank you, thank you, Mr. Jack...." Feronica finally said something to the man who had delivered this letter to her.

Feronica's voice sounded a little trembling, hearing this Jack did not think Feronica could remain calm after hearing news like this.

"I say goodbye to Elisabeth...." Doesn't mean Jack is a cold-hearted person who doesn't understand the feelings that Feronica and her mother feel. It was just that Jack knew his task was done here and he could only trust the two of them.

Elisabeth gave a small smile as a sign of her gratitude, and after closing the door she approached Feronica who was sitting quietly in the chair.

No one expected this news to come quickly, even when Feronica still thought she had some time left to study, but in reality did not.

Elisabeth just gently clutched her daughter because indeed the words of entertainment would not be so impactful at this time. He knows because Feronica is now late in his own mind.

The fact that in the end came to him so quickly, Feronica did know today was coming. But when you know it suddenly then of course the feeling will not be okay now.

All the struggles he went through for almost three years finally ended, no matter how short his education in the Academy was, in the end the school decision was absolute.

Feronica also clasped her mother's hand, at least though in her mind and heart raged many things, she knew she was not alone now.

*

SSSH....

The vast expanse of grass and beautiful bright air make anyone in this place feel comfortable and peaceful, but unfortunately this did not happen to Feronica in the midst of the latest news that he had known earlier.

'Hey....' Feronica could only sigh herself, in the end she was trying to absorb the true reality. And that's why he came to a quiet place like this.

Although his mother said it was better to rest at home, but in the end after changing his clothes with ordinary clothes, he still wanted to be alone in the middle of nature like this.

In this way he could see the vastness of the world even though his heart now felt cramped and claustrophobic with what was there. Seeing the outside world is a way to distract attention to what is experienced.

Is it by distracting yourself that everything is fine now? Of course it is not that simple, from the beginning we know that the atmosphere around can not directly overcome the feelings that Feronica feels today.

Taking the first step is a good thing, right? Instead of struggling with the mind in his own room, it is better to open the mind by looking at what is outside now.

Feronica was lying staring at the sky from earlier, because if she stood for a long time then of course it was sore. It is also intended to make Feronica more relaxed and not tense anymore now.

The news was still ringing in his mind, I don't know what would happen if he went to school without knowing the letter. Surely Feronica didn't know where to put her face.

Something embarrassing inevitably happens, and if you think about it, Mr. Jack who delivered the letter was not as bad as he thought it had been.

Feronica did have an inkling of this, so holding the letter had nothing to do with Mr. Jack. He just did his job by giving the letter.

Even Feronica must thank him even more because if not Mr. Jack then it does not occur to whom the letter will be delivered to him.

Feronica can now only remember how excited she was this morning, wearing her proud alma mater and ready to spend the day, but her chance is up now.

Feronica did not mind if she had to continue to live her days as an academy student as usual despite knowing the fact she would be expelled immediately; did not mind the treatment of her friends, she said, and also not so much trouble with his textbooks that are no longer care.

Because there might be little hope in which the Academy could change its decision, but in the end it did not happen as he thought.

On the contrary, the time he had expected not to happen instead was now happening. Feronica felt a little amused because she had thought maybe she still had a chance to return to science.

A feeling of despair that often comes when someone experiences something that he does not want to experience, Feronica cannot avoid this feeling and tries to stay here, making peace with it.

"Are you really okay with this?" Spontaneous Feronica asked herself, talking to herself in a peaceful green field.

A doubt that remained in his heart. Feronica is worried about the future. He has made his mother's efforts in vain. Now if this is what should he do?

Feronica could not blame anyone but herself, indeed because of her recklessness which was fatal like this, but she herself could not prevent it.

"It's all my fault...." Feronica slowly closed her gaze with her right arm, it felt with self-blame then it could make her introspection of what she should do in the future.

Shhhh.....

The morning wind gently hit her as if to provide comfort for anyone who is not feeling well right now.

Slowly but surely Feronica did dissolve in her own feelings, without feeling that there was water flowing into her cheeks; as a means to pour out what was really in her heart.

"A beautiful day...." Suddenly a familiar man's voice sounded, Feronica was a little shocked but did not immediately raise her arms and see who was nearby.

Feronica did not feel anyone's existence from earlier, her voice knew exactly, so indeed she was too surprised again who was coming now.

"It's a beautiful day, too, brother...." Feronica remained in this moment, closing her eyes with her right arm while lying down despite knowing that someone was here.

And in the end he also slowly raised his arms and then sat down on this green rumut, beside him already had his acquaintance who was also sitting next to him.

"Aren't you supposed to be studying now?" stephen asked with a surprised look.

"Ah, I'm out of school, brother...." Feronica answered quickly with a smile, a quick and straightforward answer to the point; after all Feronica did not intend to complicate this conversation with a long speech.

"Well...." Stephen seems not too surprised by the answer spoken by Feronica, but certainly he is also interested to know what is really happening here.

Feronica looked carefully, she did see nothing different from this acquaintance except for her clothes that looked so damaged and unworthy of wear. I don't know why seeing her reminds her of something.

"Sister... Why are your clothes?"
