Chapter Eighteen

Six months later ....

Adelle and Kenzo go together to review the new branch Hotel. They check re-examine all parts, starting from the building, security, staff and others. Kenzo wants the opening of his branch hotel to be absolutely flawless perfect.

"How does it feel to have so many buildings this tall, Ken?" ask Adelle. He was staring at the hotel building. He and Kenzo had just come from Caffe for coffee together.

"It feels ordinary. Hm, but also good. Yes, I mean .. If I get tired of sleeping in the central hotel, I can go to the first branch, or to the second branch or here." replied Kenzo who was also staring at the hotel building.

"What a son. You can move anywhere. And again enjoy the facilities for free." said Adelle.

"You can be like me, too, if you want." said Kenzo.

Adelle smiled, "Where can. I don't have a hotel building. That I have an apartment." replied Adelle.

"Isn't there me. I can give you all mine without exception" said Kenzo.

Adelle looked at Kenzo, "You have a fever? you speak strangely," said Adelle shaking her head.

"What is he talking about? Give it all hers, she said? Am I prepared? we are just friends and co-workers. Yes, we are closer than friends in general. But her words could have made me misunderstand her thinking she had a taste for me. Ahh ... What am I thinking? I'm not going to expect anything, because I don't want to get hurt again. A class of Kenzo, there must be many women out there who queue just to be able to just get acquainted, right. Besides, I've been divorced. How could Kenzo want to be with another ex-man." Adelle's inner. Who thinks, Kenzo misspoke and does not want to misunderstand Kenzo's words.

Kenzo said what was really on his mind. She will seriously give Adelle anything she wants, even if it's her life.

"What's wrong? I will give all of my own to him. If she wants to be my wife, ah .. no, maybe we start with a date first. After the date we dated, then got married. Is that the order like the one in the movies?" inner Kenzo.

As far as Kenzo knows Adelle. Kenzo's feelings for Adelle. Slowly the feeling of awe and joy develops into love, to not want to lose and always longing, even though every day meet.

This was the first time for Kenzo, he felt his heart pounding and happy just because Adelle often praised his cooking and always finished the food that Kenzo made. He was happy, Adelle who used to make a distance and build a barrier, now began to get close to him.

"Did I just tell her how I feel, huh?" inner Kenzo.

Adelle was about to step up, but Kenzo held Adelle's hand and called out to Adelle.

"Adelle .. " call Kenzo.

Adelle turned to look at Kenzo, "Yes?" ask Adelle.

"May I ask you something?" ask Kenzo.

"Tell me, what is it?" ask Adelle.

"Hmm .. This may sound strange. We also have only known for a few months. But believe me, if I have any sincere feelings for you. I'm not as good at talking about love or doing romantic things as other men. But I can guarantee everything I have will be mine. Want it money, a hotel building, an apartment, all my wealth. Even my heart and body, and my life. I will give it to you without exception. So ... can you consider my feelings? I want to know you more, more and more deeply. I want to make you smile. I want to do everything with you too. Also, want to heal the wounds in your heart" Kenzo said as he lowered his head. She was ashamed to be afraid to look at Adelle who was standing in front of her.

Adelle's surprised. He did not believe Kenzo who he had known and was close to him was expressing love for him. Adelle doesn't think, why should she? why not another woman?

"Am I dreaming? this is impossible, right?" inner Adelle.

"Ken .." call Adelle.

"Yes?" kenzo replied with a bow.

"Look at me, Ken .." said Adelle rubbing Kenzo's face.

Kenzo hesitantly raised his face and looked at Adelle. Kenzo's face was tense, even Kenzo's forehead was sweaty.

"There's something I want to say too. You know, I was married, then divorced. And I'm just a mediocre woman with a small company that's only five floors up. As a successful businessman who can get everything with just a snap of a finger, can you accept all that? I'm like this, be it nature, character attitude even my circumstances?" adelle looked at Kenzo.

Kenzo nodded his head, "I don't care, even if you've been married.   I'm also fine even if you're just a mediocre woman. After marrying me, won't you be an amazing woman? You will be Madame Adelle Jonathan. Don't think as long as we know and are together I don't know your nature, attitude and character. I know everything and I love it. Really, this is not a lie." Kenzo replied solemnly.

"Can I trust you, Ken? Honestly, after separating from James. It's hard for me, to accept another man. I'm afraid I'll be shamed again. I can't accept betrayal, Ken. Can't." said Adelle in tears.

"Don't cry! i promise. Ah, naw. I don't want to promise, but I'll prove that I'm better than a pardoned man. I also hate traitors, knowing that I would never be the culprit. You can hold on to my words. If I lie, I'm willing to die in your arms. Yeah, just kill me. Do whatever you want to do to me. I'll take it with pleasure." Kenzo replied convincing Adelle.

Kenzo wiped Adelle's tears. He looked at Adelle with love. Adelle hugged Kenzo tightly. He buried his face in Kenzo's arms. Adelle's head was rubbed gently by Kenzo. Adelle's back was also patted slowly.

After weeping, Adelle took off her arms and looked at Kenzo. Kenzo wiped Adelle's tears.

"What does this look of yours mean? what does it mean that I was given a chance?" asked Kenzo to look at Adelle.

Adelle nodded her head, "Yes, let's try. Didn't you say you want to make me happy and keep smiling, will also give all of yours? be careful if you lie. I will never forgive you even if you cry blood" said Adelle, half-seriously. It just scared Kenzo.

"What do you want now? whatever I give you," asked Kenzo.

Adelle smiled, "Give me a nice dinner later, ok?" said Adelle.

"Just dinner? if you eat, I will make it until you are bored. Is there nothing else?" ask Kenzo.

Adelle tsrs smiled, she turned around and left Kenzo just like that. While Kenzo who does not understand just silently stare.
