Ishaq replaced a withered flower that he placed in a glass container next to Arin's mattress. The flower became a symbol of how Ishaq faithfully accompanied Arin in his comical days. It's been 2 years since Karin Laurent, which is Arin's long name. A coma caused by a single accident.
