In the first part of the book, the technique, it is explained that the way to master the Lightning Element is to concentrate the energy in the dantian and then attract the aura or air from nature which is a lightning particle and spread it throughout the body.
After being spread evenly throughout the body, the energy that is scattered in each body supply is drawn into the dantian.
