The Roleplay World Online (RWO)
Chapter 08 – Garuda City

A week since the World Judgment Day created by Bagaskara, currently, Roleplay World Online is doing quite well with players trying to do their respective duties.

Not many have lost their lives, only those who lost their lives due to the madness of the Criminals, they are indiscriminate, young people are being eliminated to get Criminal Points.

Their goal is to earn as many Points as possible for their better survival, and also the best position to make an alliance.

Gavin, who is currently sitting on a rooftop looking up at the night sky in Aezak City, is thinking of moving out of the city before the disaster for him begins.

A class of Veteran Hunters, Jimmy, the father of Maximus the Criminal is on a massive overhaul of the ongoing crime problem.

They do not care if a Criminal is a child, do not hesitate to immediately put it in the bars forever, until the possibility of this game will end.

The most sickening thing for Gavin is that he is suspected by some of the people who commented on his Blue Bird Apps account about the whereabouts of Maximus who disappeared.

They are concerned about Gavin's organized search, but it would be very dangerous for people who believe in certain conditions.

“Haaa ... World Online's Roleplay has changed too much since beta testing a year ago,” muttered Gavin.

Beta Testing, one of the things that is done for improvement, in one month, 10,000 selected players will struggle with the conditions in which they play this game like the real world.

However, some features were too automatic, such as Ordinary Citizens working as Doctors, during Beta Testing, a treatment or even surgery to NPCs and players was too automated.

Many buttons in the hologram menu, therefore, when the world releases, Roleplay World Online developed by the developer Triple-A, doing an all-out overhaul of the features that are too automatic.

Until now, almost everything that is done is a skill of the player itself, of course with some other conveniences.

“OK, no need to think about that, I will move, after all the creation of the identity of Ordinary Citizen working as a Doctor named Rio Febrian is finished.”

Gavin, creating a false identity as an Ordinary Citizen who works as a Doctor, one of the things that helped him was he who entered the university and took the Faculty of Medicine.

With the new science one semester, he hopes to do his fake identity well enough, after all he has learned a lot with the recordings of expert doctors.

“Yes, alright, let's go!”

Gavin stood up and walked up to the rooftop stairs, casually descending, his sapphire blue eyes staring down every step of the stairs.

Down the stairs until he reached the lobby of the building, he found some people running in panic while holding someone.

“Hmm ..”

***

The Aezak Central Hospital.

Gavin is currently helping to bring in someone injured from a fall from the second tier in a supine position. The back of the body actually hit the floor hard.

At the hospital, Gavin will obviously call Doctor Bambang.

“Doctor! Someone is injured! The points keep dropping!!” screeches Gavin.

“You ..” Doctor Bambang was silent, but immediately approached the gurney that continued to walk.

Gavin is left behind, he doesn't really care for the moment, but either way his humanity will really peak and will never be able to feel like he doesn't care about someone.

“Hmm ... Excuse me, if there is Doctor Bambang, say I have left,” Gavin told a nurse.

Garuda City is one of the cities with the most NPC population, as well as a city that is often used as a place to live because the facilities there are very good and complete.

Public facilities are adequate, making life in the city arguably one hundred percent peaceful, but that was before there was a World Judgment condition.

Now, Gavin had absolutely no idea of the peaceful state of the city at the time of the Beta Testing.

He with a confident determination continued to step on the gas of his black sedan car, with a speed of 100 Km/H on the freeway, the travel time was cut quite quickly.

“Haaa ... Looks like Garuda City is not okay, smoke soars high in many skyscrapers,” Gavin murmured after seeing from a distance the condition of the city.

However, Gavin continues to drive his car, no matter the state of the city, he just wants to leave Aezak City which is said to have become a messy city at the beginning of World Judgment.

“Hopefully not as messy as Aezak, during this week the Criminals in Aezak continue to aggressively endanger the people.”

Picking up his phone from his {Inventaris}, it turns out the clock has shown at 09.23 am.

“Hah! I'm late, this false identity I created as an intern at one of Garuda Central Hospitals, this is a danger!”

Gavin stepped deeper into the gas of the car, until the speedometer touched the number 160 Km/H. It's a really fast pace to be on a freeway like this.

Manoeuvring well, Gavin throws the body of the car behind to try to do a little drifting when there is an intersection in front.

Drifting hers is quite good, until when she turns left, Garuda Central Hospital has been seen with a magnificent, but the effect is very creepy with sirens everywhere.

Ambulance cars passing by, rescuers –Doctors, Nurses and so on– try their best not to let any more victims fall.

Gavin who had just arrived and had gotten off the car was instantly pulled by an adult man with slightly whitened hair, he stared fiercely at Gavin.

“You Rio Febrian?!”

“Iya?” gavin replied quite confusedly.

“Basic, Troublesome intern! Although it's just cyberspace, but you're taking too long for an intern!!” exclaimed that man who turned out to be a Senior Doctor. “I Jaka, fast, help us!”

‘It was mixing, Doc,’ thought Gavin, but instantly he became indifferent, on the condition of World Judgment, breaking the rules was a natural thing because of the adaptation process.

Doctor Jaka gave the bag with the doctor's equipment in it to Gavin, the weight was not to be asked, it was quite heavy for a bag of equipment, about 5 Kg.

“You go there, handle the patient stab wound in the stomach! I know it's first for you, but hurry! Don't let her Points decrease, or I subtract your Points, you apprentice!”

Gavin feels threatened, but it's better to have a good relationship so that his name as Criminal is not so fast circulating.

Many NPCs from Beta Testers had memories of that time when Gavin ransacked a small town, so Gavin was currently trying to establish a visible connection to the NPCs.

So the NPCs may think that Gavin is not taking the same role, even though the data of a Beta Tester can be reused at the initial release.

NPCs had flaws, that was all that most people could catch. NPCs do not have much emotion, so they sometimes just stare flat, although a little pull of lips that make them smile is also not uncommon.

Gavin ran towards the patient who was being pushed into the hospital with a gurney.

“Lu–Puncture wound on the left side of the stomach!” exclaiming a doctor.

‘Alright, will I who just underwent semester one at the Faculty of Medicine be able to help them?’ inner Gavin.
