The Rituals
Raining

In the UKS room, after Sinta and the others left. Mika and Alvaro just fell silent awkwardly.

Mika looks still reluctant to open her mouth, to greet the man who is now accompanying her in the room.

And Alvaro was silent as he was still considering himself, should he apologize now or later? That's what he's considering.

Alvaro glanced at Mika who was currently silent, with a mobile phone in her hand.

I don't know what the girl did with her phone, but it bothers Alvaro enough to be captain on their school basketball team.

Alvaro finally stands up from his place, and snatches Mika's phone. He put the phone into his pocket and looked at Mika who was now looking at him sharply.

"What the hell Al!" mika scolds him who has taken the phone.

"If it hurts, don't play mobile. Sleep on!" replied Alvaro, whose intentions were good to the woman.

But the tension created between them before, made his good intentions misinterpreted by Mika.

He thought that right now, the man standing before him was very self-organizing.

Although he was grateful that Alvaro had chosen to accompany him here, it did not mean that the man could manage it by confiscating his cell phone.

Mika did not reply to Alvaro's words, she just folded her hands in front of her chest and fell silent.

Silence is the anger that Alvaro fears most in the world.

Because according to him in silence, he will not know what wrong he made.

And it would torture him even more with thousands of speculations coming into his mind.

Alvaro continued to look at Mika who was reluctant to glance at her. Alvaro let out his breath slowly, preparing himself to resolve all the tension that existed between the two of them.

"Mik.." Call Alvaro to the angry woman.

Mika did not flinch, she seemed as if she had not heard the call from Alvaro that was loud enough. Alvaro called him back,

"Mic!" This time Mika turned her head, but with a sharp look she directed at Alvaro.

The look he thought would stab the man in front of him.

"I'm sorry." Unexpectedly, Alvaro said he was sorry.

As long as they knew each other and clashed, there was not a single word of apology Alvaro had ever said to him.

Because in the end, it was Mika who always said sorry first.

Mika was confused, she felt that her hearing had already tricked her.

"W-what?" mika asked in a puzzled stern, she turned her body to Alvaro to see if the man was really saying sorry to her, or if everything she was going through was just an illusion.

"Sorry, this morning, I didn't mean to be rude or bad." Alvaro repeated his apology again, and explained what he was apologizing for.

He looked very sincere when he said that, and Mika just nodded her head slowly, turning her face away from looking at Alvaro who looked more and more handsome. Because Alvaro apologized to him.

'Pantes, many women are immediately sorry when he did wrong.' Mika said in her heart.

Alvaro smiled knowing his apology had been received, he took a chair to sit closer to the bed where Mika was lying.

He sat down to look at the woman, but a strong wind suddenly managed to make the door open wide and slammed the wall tightly.

The loud noise was enough to shock both of them.

Alvaro and Mika stared at the door frantically as the wind made it in, leaving the entire UKS room in a mess.

The papers of the students' health records flew, and the curtains fluttered.

Alvaro immediately stood up from his seat to rush to close the door.

Mika was silent with her heart beating fast, she glanced to the right to see the condition of the room.

Everything was messy, the papers were scattered, the curtains were about the solution, even the skeleton statue fell from where it stood.

What a strong wind!

Mika looked outwards which looked very dark, making her even more afraid and looked at Alvaro who was now picking up one by one the scattered papers.

"Al." Calling him to the man, Alvaro looked up to look at Mika who was still sitting in the UKS bed.

"What Mik?" alvaro asked and continued his activities picking up the papers.

Mika immediately got off her bed and squatted beside Alvaro while covering both ears, and closed her eyes tightly.

At first Alvaro frowned confusedly when he saw Mika like that, but after he heard a loud explosive sound from the sky.

He realized, that Mika was currently frightened by lightning. Alvaro pulled both corners of his lips up and kept the papers on the floor.

Her hands hugged Mika's shoulders to help her stand up, and went back up on the bed.

Then Alvaro walked towards the window to cover it with curtains, so Mika could not see any lightning out there.

Before Alvaro closed the curtain, he looked outwards at what happened to be a basketball court.

Zzzrrhaaass!

'The rain is so strong. How can we practice basketball this afternoon if the rain is gini-rich?'

Alvaro who had plans for basketball practice today was disappointed, because of the heavy rain suddenly flushed their territory.

This morning the sky was so clear, no one even thought it would rain.

That is the mystery of the heavens, which none of the humans ever knew.

even though the meteorological agency has a role in estimating the weather.

Sometimes we have been deceived by nature, or indeed everything is not certain and can only be predicted.

After closing the curtains, Alvaro again tidied the papers.

"Rain deres, Mik. Who are you going home with today?" alvaro asked pleasantries, as he continued to pick up one by one the papers.

Mika cleared her throat to wet her dry throat, then she answered a question from Alvaro.

"Si.sinta, I went home with Sinta today." replied Mika.

Alvaro was speechless when he heard that answer, he glanced at the woman who was now looking at him in wonder.

"Don't pick up Ortu?" asked Alvaro again, Mika shook her head a sign that her parents would not visit her today.

And Alvaro chose to be quiet when he had run out of topics, for him to ask Mika.

After all the papers were collected, Alvaro put them back on the table.

Alvaro looked at the state of the room, and walked on one of the beds to pull the curtains that were about and tidied up the position of the bed.

then he glanced at the fallen skeleton statue.

For a moment Mika could see Alvaro sigh before lifting the skeleton statue to stand in its original position.

The truck! Mika gasped, because the sound of the skeleton statue's hand was released and fell on the floor.

Alvaro, who had managed to get the statue back on his feet, immediately took the hand and put it on the skeleton's boat, as he could not put it back together.
