The Rise Of Legend [LIGHTNING]
Chapter 3 Fishing Eel

Ellena arrived at the river after asking the people who lived at the edge of the village. It is not difficult to find the location where the eel lives because with the naked eye even a large eel is seen swimming peacefully in a clear river

.

Looks like Linda's been lacking information. He said it was just a big eel, not a giant eel the size of an adult with sharp teeth like a piranha. And the animal really isn't a friendly creature.

“Shhhh..”.

“Nothing is already angry.” Ellena stepped back and dodged as the giant eel wagged its tail until a water shot flew over Ellena like a bullet. Seeing his target dodge the eel grew louder and louder with threat. His stiffened dark brown body began to emit dangerous lightning.

Mustnuya Ellena's scared. But her eyes saw something else. Aunt Em always said that as smart as any animal would never surpass a human. Animals should not attack when they are not disturbed. The possible cause in the fast angry eel is that it is fed up with many people entering its territory or there are other causes.

“Hm? What is the gender of this eel?” gruman Ellena while again avoiding the water balls that glide towards him. This time the attack contained electricity to be able to make quite severe cracks on the ground. As if enraged by Ellena's question, the eel poked its head above the surface of the water and hissed showing all of its sharp teeth.

Ellena retreated further. He did not understand why he was being attacked in such a way by the animal in front of him. No one said that the eel was very aggressive towards its territorial intruders. Ellena thought hard how to defeat the opponent in front of her.

“This elbow has evolved,” That is the only logical reason why the eel's size and attack is bigger and deadlier than the information he got from the Guild.

“In addition..This eel is too grumpy.” The eel's horn action reminds Ellena of the Snake mother who is guarding her nest.

Hm? Ellena immediately realized something.

“If my guess is correct, you and your children will really be troublesome in the future.” Replying to Ellena's words, the eel hissed louder. The big slippery creature was increasingly eager to kill Ellena who had known her secret.

Ellena took a knife and rope from her backpack and broke a tree branch. His hand moved quickly, tying three knives to the end of the picked branch. In a short time, a 3-blade-edged spear was in Ellena's hands. Then the girl took the knife and rope again. Ellena tied the base of the knife with a rope while the other end of the rope she tied around her wrist.

Cloudy clouds began to rise above the sky.

All this time Ellena had always avoided the attack of the giant eel. The electrically powered water balls he avoided were well. Her small body made it easier for Ellena to move nimbly. His emerald eyes could not pay attention to his opponent who attacked impatiently.

Ellena's waiting. Waiting for his chance.

The eel again hissed angrily because it could not hit its target. He aggressively launched the attack until, on one occasion, the eel did not realize that its position was far from its place of vigil. Now the eel is coming ashore.

Ellena then throws a stringed knife—tie the eel tightly. Not wasting time Ellena drew her spear on the body of the giant eel. Stabbed both eyes of the creature. His three spear eyes gave three attacks and deeper wounds. The eel groaned furiously.

“Whispering!” Ellena raised her spear high and pierced as hard as the eel's head. His opponent floundered to bleed. In his present state the eel unleashed its strongest attack.

“ARRRGGGHH”

Ellena shouted as her body was in a sting of incredible strength. His bones rattled and his entire body felt countless pains. His sight was dark for a moment.

“I smell fishy.” Ellena's complaining smelled her own body.

His mission to finish off the giant eel turned out to spend more time. The sky had been evening with a speck of orange tinge in the west.

“May aunty like souvenirs by grilled eel.” With deft Ellena working. He pulled out a large crackle from his tiny bag and tied it tightly. With a little pull Ellena managed to save the body of the hunt worth 20 gold coins.

But Ellena did not leave the place immediately. Making sure the surroundings were safe, Ellena took off her clothes and cleaned her body.. Her body was so fishy that if Ellena returned to the inn right now, she would only be kicked out again by her aunt.

“I hate water.” says Ellena feels the water makes her body more tired than before. Ellena dislikes bathing but it is Aunt Em's rule that forces her to come into contact with water. Then Ellena recalls her conjecture about the eel being very aggressive for guarding its nest.

“As I recall the eel lives and nests in the muddy hole.” Ellena scratched her back confused about how an eel resided in a clear-eyed river of water. But then his eyes stared at something strange in the depths of the river.

Ellena really did not want to linger in the water. But think of the citizens who have to face this kind of animal again, let alone more than one…

“Aunt Em will tell me to sleep in the stables tonight.” His grunt then dived into the river.

That night was the night as usual.

The male adventurers gathered and drank together. Buying and selling transactions. Mission requests. Truly, the day flowed like the days before.

Until Linda felt a chilling chill coming from the door. Looking around, Linda realized it wasn't just her who felt it. The entire room that had been crowded instantly became silent—leaving some whispers to the figure who had just opened the Guild door.

When he saw who caused the gripping atmosphere, Linda's hair immediately stood up. Spontaneously his body stood upright with a stiff smile as a beautiful female figure full of mysterious aura arrived in front of his desk.

“Se-Goodnight Lady Emily. Bright night today huh?” greet Linda kindly try to be professional about her work. Although he could not prevent cold sweat from dripping from his forehead.

But as if he was mocking him, the sky suddenly let out a very loud thunderbolt and rain then fell heavily. Linda smiled clumsily despite swearing all out in her heart.

Emily's eyes stared intently at the Admin woman in front of her.

“Save your pleasantries, Linda. Now, tell me where my nephew is!”
