THE RING LEFT BEHIND

THE RING LEFT BEHIND
CHAPTER 21 Wafa's Advice

Alhan slammed the steering wheel suddenly, He avoided a cat crossing the road. Luckily, the car did not hit anything. The cat survived, running across the street.

"Astaghfirullah" Lafadz Istighfar said over and over again until his heart was calm. He took a deep breath, then drove the car back at moderate speed.

.

With a distance of about two hours finally Alhan arrived at a lake. The atmosphere was quite quiet, so he had the opportunity to shout out emotions that raged within. He occasionally threw pebbles into the middle of the lake.

Lake of Love that only visited by many couples will be crowded in the morning, afternoon and even evening. The place is not only used as a stopover but sometimes used as a romantic place for certain moments with a partner. Alhan had never come to the lake with his long-time lover when he was with Nurmala. He wanted to one day after marriage to take his wife to Lake of Love to create the most memorable moment in his life story.

A pair of eyes followed Alhan's movements until he was right behind him without Alhan noticing. He was just silent like a bodyguard who was loyal to guard his master.

"Durishyahoo!!" Shouted Alhan throwing a small rock into the middle of the lake, his breathing rising and falling. I want to demand justice, but to whom? On the other hand he did not believe in Nurmala's words, yet it was clearly spoken with awareness.

If only the ring that he would give Nurmala was not left on Wafa's finger, of course he had got his heart tether. He regretted his stupidity. I don't feel her eyes glazed. He turned his head when he heard the voice of Deheman from someone who was very familiar.

"You! What are you going to do here? Ketus. The woman who was next to him was wearing a Milo-colored cardigan suit that was combined with a hijab and acted very calmly. Both hands went into the bag of pants. His eyes looked straight ahead.

"I happened to pass through this lake there was a patient who gave birth near here" he answered correctly.

" I saw your car enter this place and I happened to give you something that belonged to you, this...."Wafa reached into the bag and then took the ring belonging to Alhan who had been in question.

"Make what? I don't need that ring anymore. If only you hadn't given me that ring late, my lover wouldn't have accepted someone else's proposal. Ye know? He left me the Fa for another man more than me. I don't know what's special about that guy, is he rich and has everything? He's Fa's businessman. While I am just a honorary teacher whose salary is small. Do all women think like that Fa? Money and money. Everything is valued by money. I'm really disappointed Fa. I'm disappointed" Wafa flinched. His palm still grasping the ring was Wafa trying to be a loyal listener. He was not offended at all when Alhan blamed him. Wafa just kept silent saying nothing but listening. He saw how fragile Alhan was in the presence of a woman because of women. Maybe this is called a broken heart that has never experienced wafa so far. Because Wafa has never been in a relationship. Although many want Wafa to be her lover, but Wafa rejects her subtly because indeed she is not interested in dating want there are people sincerely love her and committed in the household, he said, and of course there will be no heartbreak as experienced Alhan today although of course there will be many problems tested after the wedding

Alhan's disappointment was reasonable, he never wanted to reveal who he was to someone other than Wafa who was very close to his family. Others only know Alhan as an honorary teacher who has a salary below the UMR average. Alhan is looking for a wife who is not materialistic and willing to accept it as it is without seeing the wealth he has.

"Don't judge women all the same sir. Know many women who have self-esteem that is not valued by money. Please blame anyone for what has happened but be assured that it is all because of the will of God. You should be grateful that he was honest before the wedding, otherwise? If indeed he is a match father, I am sure even though he is engaged he will definitely return in His way but if he is not a match father even though he will not be able to unite. Rest assured God has prepared the best woman for you, she is a very lucky person to have a father." Wafa called him father because to respect and appreciate Alhan as his superior since dr. Ibrahim gave the responsibility of managing the Medical Healthy Clinic which was transferred to Alhan as his only child. Alhan was stunned by Wafa's advice as soon as he calmed down. He did not expect people who often make him upset can provide comfort.

"Keep this for your future wife". Wafa handed the ring back but Alhan's hand was not outstretched to take it he just looked at the ring. Then he shook his head

"No I don't need the ring anymore let the ring go with my memories and disappointments to him. If you like to take the ring for you but if you don't like to give it to someone in need. Oiya your ring will I return later" Alhan immediately put on his sunglasses, he stopped his steps before leaving he said something that made Wafa suddenly feel adem.

"And remember don't call me father when we're both." Wafa rounded his eyes in disbelief. Wafa again clasped the ring. Her smile was sweet.

"I will keep this ring with the most beautiful memories when I know you, Mas" said Wafa Wirih. Wafa moved from his place after Alhan.

Turns out Alhan hasn't run his car into the street. He was waiting for the woman who had been his assistant for several weeks at his father's clinic. He was waiting for her in the car. Seen Wafa smiled at him and opened the Wafa car door even though it was a clinic inventory car that was often used for work. Alhan wanted to make sure his assistant returned home safely.
