A week.
The wedding has been going on for a week. Within a week Amara began to understand what Elvano Triyasa was like. The person is really quiet, handsome, and sometimes romantic. After a kiss on the door a few days ago, Amara was very awkward to meet Elvano again. But the man remained calm as if the kiss had never happened.
Now Amara did not bother him either. Her husband was silent too. Now she is a grown woman. A kiss on the forehead should not be a big deal.
Her mother called this morning. Asking the news and news of his household and not forgetting to give useful advice, such as;
Make a special meal for your husband.
Welcome her home warmly. The warmth of the family will eliminate fatigue after work
And the one Amara remembers most is;
Maybe you guys don't roll in bed, but you should at least get close to him. Get him interested in you or ask him out on a date.
Maybe He and Elvano don't love each other. But the life of the household must go on. After thinking of tips from her mother, Amara plans to take Elvano on a date. Of course after asking for his empty schedule.
Amara glanced at the wall clock. It's still two o'clock in the afternoon. He had two hours to make a special dish that would be given to Elvano. He will make his favorite food Elvano after he will wait for Elvano to come home while watching his favorite drama. When Elvano gets home he will come to him immediately while carrying the food he made. The perfect plan!
He immediately went to the kitchen and put on an apron. As he was about to take out the knife, his hand movements stopped.
Amara doesn't know Elvano's favorite food.

Amara sat in front of the TV in the living room watching her favorite drama. His eyes continued to glance towards the wall clock which felt very slow. He then glanced at the setoples of the dried biscuits he made.
Because Elvano said he did not like sweet, Amara tried to make a snack that is not too sweet. After a moment of hesitation, he finally decided to make a biscuit with caramel and sesame on it. According to Amara-lovers of sweet-biscuit food this tastes very bland. Other than the savory and slightly sweet caramel taste, there was no longer any flavor present in this biscuit.
Amara took one biscuit and looked at it. He did not really like the taste, but his itchy mouth wanted to chew made him eat the biscuits. Unknowingly, Amara ate it again and again while drifting in the drama she was watching.
"What are you eating?"
Elvano suddenly sat down beside him and glanced at the jar containing the biscuits.
"Ah, Welcome. I made biscuits for you" Amara thrust the jar at Elvano. "Sweet it." Say
Elvano took one biscuit and watched it. "Is this sweet?" He asked while observing the biscuits.
"No."
Elvano ate her biscuits. His eyebrows slightly wrinkle when he chews. Amara who saw that was immediately shocked.
"What doesn't taste good?" Ask Amara worried.
"It's sweet." Answer Elvano. Amara lowered her head slightly grimly. "That's it..."
"And I like it." Amara raised her head in surprise. Didn't Elvano say that biscuits are sweet? Why would he like it?
"Do you really like it?" Ask Amara to make sure.
"Yes. Next time replace the topping with cheese. Cheese is not so sweet." Elvano stroked the head of Amara and made Amara smile happily.
"So morning my mom called, she gave me a lot of tips. He also asked you how you were." Amara started to tell stories. This time together is what Amara likes.
"really?"
"Yes. Despite living apart, my mother always lectured me."
"Because he cares about you."
"You've never lectured me, don't you care about me."
"Don't say anything stupid."
"Hey, I'm just asking."
The conversation continued to flow warmly. Sometimes Amara hit Elvano's arm because of his annoying attitude. Even so, he loved this kind of warmth.

Every morning, Amara always helps prepare breakfast and wait for Elvano to join. Amara will also be fascinated by Elvano who always wears after a fancy suit while carrying an office bag.
But not for today.
Amara stared in wonder at Elvano who went down the stairs wearing casual clothes. Did he not go to work?
"You...don't go to work?" Ask Amara in amazement.
"I'm off." Answer
Amara smiled sumringah, this is her chance to take Elvano for a walk. Today he will carry out important tips from his mother.
"You have an event today?" Ask Amara expectantly.
"No."
Amara's smile widened to show her teeth. "You want to go out with me?" Ask enthusiastically
Elvano was a little confused by his wife's strange behavior this morning. Amara took her for a walk?
"Are you asking me out on a date?" Ask Elvano.
Amara fell silent, are regular walks the same as dating? What Amara knows, dating is spending all day with the opposite sex. But this is a regular walk!
"Maybe you could say so." Answer doubtful. He is inexperienced with dating.
Elvano smiled at Amara's hesitation. "Okay, I'll fulfill your invitation. We leave after breakfast."
Amara nodded and smiled again.
For Elvano, this breakfast was very pleasant. Maybe it came from the warm smile that Amara put out.
.
.
.
"Why did you bring me here?" Ask Elvano. Now they both sit on a bench facing the lake.
"This is very exciting. The air is still very fresh." Amara inhaled the air that morning and then exhaled it.
"M." Elvano closed his eyes, trying to enjoy the calmness.
Both are silent. The silence was really comfortable. For a quiet person like Elvano, this kind of atmosphere was what he wanted. Away from the hustle of the city or other disturbing things.
"Hey..."
Elvano glanced at Amara who just called out to him. "What?"
"Our relationship now..it can be called a friend, right?" Amara said slowly, her eyes still closed
"I think so."
Both are silent again.
"romance." Call Elvano
"Yes." Yeah." Amara looked at Elvano
"You remember the night of our first meeting?" Elvano asked as she kept her eyes closed.
"When proposal? I remember."
"I was telling you what I was like. Now it's your turn to tell me about yourself." Her eyes opened, then glanced at Amara from the corner of her eyes.
Amara is still confused. Is Elvano approaching him? Elvano's trying to get to know him? Elvano?
"Ekhem, okay. My name is Amara, I love sweet food. My favorite food is cinnamon roll. I love gardening, I also love collecting romantic novels. My hobby is cooking. I also like to eat. I like the colors purple and blue. I don't like anything that feels bitter. I'm afraid of heights. A lot of animals I'm afraid of, especially caterpillars. And...Um, maybe that's it."
Elvano just kept quiet, trying to record Amara's words in his brain.
"You never tell me about things you like or don't like." Amara.
Elvano smiled widely. "Remember this, my favorite food is chicken soup with extra tomatoes. My hobby is work. I like to sleep. I like the calm. I don't like noise and chaos." Elvano.
Amara just nodded.
"Ah, add one more." Elvano
"What's that?"
"I like your smile."
Amara's heart was pounding. Her lips lifted up revealing her sweet smile. Her cheeks were slightly blushed and made her look sweet.
Elvano. I don't like anything sweet...Exceptions for him.
