While on his escape Leon was injured by a shot by White's mercenary group and at that time Leon was saved by the old Grandpa to repay the Grandpa's kindness Leon also promised that he would protect His family members whom he cares about.

then the Old Grandpa introduced his grandson to Leon and told Leon to marry his daughter because Leon had promised the Grandpa Leon also agreed to the marriage even though the marriage was not based on love and everyone thinks of Leon as a useless son-in-law.

Leon then moved up and then he gave a warm Chocolate to Evelin after giving Evelin warm chocolate he rushed to go down to make warm chocolate for his sister.
