Vana and the father got into the car to get to the hospital.

Less than an hour the car Vana was driving had reached the hospital yard. The middle-aged father, named Kartono, rushed out of the car and asked medics to help Nathan who was unconscious.

Medics moved Nathan's body into a gurney and carried the ER into the hut. Vana looked anxious and worried waiting in front of the tightly closed ER room.

Fifteen minutes later came out the white-clothed man with the doctor's title, his eyes looking for someone "Where are the families of patients whose heads are injured."

"I'm Doc! hurriedly Vana moved from her seat and approached the doctor.

"You're a family patient?!"

"Yes, I'm his sister."

Vana may not have to tell the truth that Nathan is her lover, because she also just knew Nathan's true feelings for her.

"The patient suffered very serious injuries, he was deprived of blood and had to undergo surgery immediately on the back of his head. Lack of blood can lead to death."

"Dok, what blood type is needed" said Mr. Kartono who has been waiting in front of the ER. "I'm willing to donate my blood" he said.

"I've checked and the blood type that AB Rhesus needs is negative."

"What blood type is Doc? I just heard her?

"AB Rhesus is negative. Blood type steps and not many have that blood."

"Darguably Doc, my blood type' B! said weak.

Vana who listened to the young Doctor's words was getting crowded. His breath began to choking, the air supply seemed difficult for him to breathe "Take my blood Doc!" the door wiped his tears.

"Does Miss have the same blood as the patient? the doctor asked doubt.

"Of course, he's my sister" Vana said confidently. He doesn't know if his blood matches Nathan's or not.

"Alright, let's go to the treatment room."

Vana and the young Doter went to the treatment room, to check his blood first.

"It turns out Miss's blood is very compatible with her brother. It is very rare for a family to have the same blood."

Vana breathed a sigh of relief "Do it now Doc, I don't want my brother to lose his life, he means so much to me."

The doctor nodded and began to draw Vana's blood.

Nathan's eyes glazed over when he recalled the incident 9 years ago, where Vana was still a High School (SMA) sitting in the 3rd grade. He will never forget Vana's kindness and sincerity in donating her blood, which is why Nathan always follows Vana's footsteps wherever he goes and will never let go of his first love, although Reno Mahesa wants to die and be buried alive, because of his past grudges with his father, Thomas.

Nathan's blood has moved into the bag. Five bags have been transferred into the hands of the sisters to carry the surgery and give blood transfusions to Vana's body.

All waiting at the door of the operation.a feeling of anxiety and riled mixed in Vano's mind. The younger brother had no sign of coming back and found a bright spot after he had the bodyguard look for Zidan. Not to mention Vana who was fighting against death.

Dev embraces his friend's agitated shoulder, his facial features very tense. Dev just gives calm and strength to Vano for the incident he experienced repeatedly.

"Please Van, all the storms will surely pass.We must be grateful there are still good people who want to help Vana by giving her blood donor."

Vano raised his face which had only looked down since then, he looked for Nathan's figure who was in front of the operating room.

"Where was that guy? wasn't he here? ask Vano to Dev

Yes, Nathan has left the operating room, he purposely dodges to keep Vano from knowing his identity. Nathan doesn't want the Reno family to know he's alive. Nathan waited from a distance with his face covered in a mask.

The sound of rapid footsteps approached Vano and Dev.

"Sorry Mr. Dev, Miss Savira is ready. Then she kept screaming hysterically." said one nurse, telling her with an anxious look.

"Savira! say both at the same time.

"Van, let me see Savira. You're still here waiting for Vana until the operation is over."

Vano nodded "Alright, inform me immediately of Savira's condition. I don't want her to get depressed after being abused."

"I'll go first!" gegas Dev steps away from the operating room to Savira's hospital room with a nurse.

Dev's footsteps grew even faster after hearing Savira's scream from the end of the corridor.

"Savira!

Dev approached Savira who was like a frightened person, with his head buried between his knees.Savira's position was under the floor with a loud breath.

"Savira what are you doing?! Dev squatted in alignment with Savira. He touched Savira's shaken shoulder.

"Don't, let go!!! savira screamed, then clawed Dev's hand.

"Savira, it's me Dev!

"Don't I beg you! Savira smothered her chest with both hands, she kept screaming with tears breaking, her gaze full of anger at the man in front of her.

"Savira calm down first. Look carefully, I'm not your enemy but I'm Dev, your foster brother."

"No! you're criminals! shouts Savira "You have desecrated me! I'm a disgusting woman!" she cried again with eyes glaring at Dev.

Devan let out a long sigh and felt the tightness of seeing Savira's appalling condition. He tried to calm down by grabbing Savira's hand. But Savira continued to claw her, her long black mane that always looks beautiful, now changed fussy with messy conditions.

A Doctor came and approached Dev "Master, I better inject Miss Savira, so that she calms down and can rest. His condition was slightly shaken after that rumination."

"No need! I want to wake her up which is starting to get a lot of pressure. I'm gonna take care of it Doc, it's just a matter of his soul being shaken for a while."

"It's just that his psyche is a little disturbed, I'll inject let Miss Savira calm down."

"I told you! I'll take over Savira's problem!" snapped Dev with a sharp eye.

Doctor Arman who handled Savira's condition only sighed harshly, he who felt unconcerned by Dev, stepped out of Savira's room, only two sisters remained there.

"Savira.." You should know that you're still holy and untarnished." Dev said in a soft voice

"GOIII! I don't want to see you!" scream Savira emotion "I'M A DIRTY WOMAN! I'VE BEEN STAINED!!! Savira kept on fumbling while pulling her own hair.

"Savira don't do that, it'll hurt yourself." Dev tries to pull Savira's hand from her hair.

A man entered Savira's hospital room and hugged her body tightly.

"Who is that guy...???
