CHAPTER 39 - JV Group

A week has passed and today Alfi, Zay and Anjar are going to JV Group. Arriving at JV Group they went straight to the meeting room because today there is a shareholder meeting.

Until the meeting room there were already several shareholders present. Jeremy is also in the room because he is the leader of the JV Group. Jeremy looked at the three men sharply.

Zay, Alfi and Anjar ignored Jeremy's gaze which was staring at them intently. Alfi and Anjar themselves chose to sit in an empty seat without the slightest awkwardness.

"Good day everyone." Zay greeted those in the room standing firm.

The shareholders and Jeremy stared at Alfi, Zay and Anjar.

"Maybe you all wonder why we can be in this room when it will soon be held a meeting. Isn't it?" zay asked smilingly looking at them.

They all nodded their heads then one of them ventured to answer.

"True Mr. Zay. Can you explain your purpose in coming here with Mr Alfi and Mr Anjar?" pinta the middle-aged tits guy.

"Of course you can. But did the honorable Mr Jeremy give me permission to explain our purpose in coming here?" Zay looked at Jeremy with a cynical smile.

"Why did you ask me for permission? Didn't you enter this room without permission first." Jeremy replied calmly without the slightest fear.

Zay smiled at the courage of the man in front of him.

"Oh right too. All right, let's just say, our goal is to come here to let shareholders know that JV Group is already under the auspices of Anggara Group" Zay said with a smile.

I heard the stitches of the shareholders who started gossiping. While Jeremy himself seemed to not understand Zay's words.

"What does that mean?" Jeremy asked Zay.

"Isn't the JV Group currently in trouble because many development projects have been abandoned due to lack of funds and many other companies have canceled cooperation contracts unilaterally? And this meeting also discussed how the sustainability of JV Group will be in the future if this problem is not resolved quickly. Didn't you?" zay said calmly.

"Yes right, but Mr. Alfi has nothing to do with JV Group because he is not one of the shareholders here and JV Group is not under the auspices of Anggara Group" Jeremy replied.

"You don't make up for Mr. Zay. The highest share in JV Group is my own 25%. The rest of the shareholders only have 5 to 20 percent" Jeremy said with a smile.

The other shareholders nodded to Jeremy.

"How can you own a 45% stake in JV Group?" Jeremy seemed confused and upset after reading the file.

The other shareholders were surprised to hear Jeremy say that Mr. Alfi owned 45% of the shares and that the value of the shares was left behind for the shareholders.

The shareholders stared at each other and shook their heads.

"I think our business is done, Mr. Reza. So there's nothing we need to talk about anymore." Alfi stared at the dislike of the person in front of him.

"I just want to say thank you Mr. Alfi, I also ask to meet my wife and child" said Mr. Reza pleaded.
