Chapters 18. Resurrection of humiliated daughter-in-law

After coming out of the dressing room, Karin sat in front of the dressing table while looking at her face, and the woman smiled to find her face which now looked much better after she washed her face despite using her husband's face wash.

She was silent for a while until she finally heard the sound of the door opening and saw her husband coming out of the dressing room holding a cell phone.

The man's face was no longer flushed, but Karin could not help but smile when she recalled How the man had reacted when they were in the dressing room.

While Rashid was sitting on the edge of the bed looking at his wife, he said, "i have someone buy you clothes, it will be soon."

"Thank you my husband" said Karin.

"Hm" Rashid took his pocket and he got a credit card from his pocket and showed it to his wife, "I put this credit card on your dresser a few months ago but why didn't you ever take it for you to use?" Rashid asked directly to make Karin extend her hand taking the credit card from her husband's hand.

The card was black with all the inscriptions there in gold, looking very elegant and what surprised Karin more was the name Karin engraved there.

'there's only one chunk of this woman's memory of this credit card, which is when she saw it on the dresser but she ignored it thinking it wasn't for her,' karin said inwardly before she raised her head to look at her husband, "I don't remember you ever giving this to me, I've only ever seen it on the dresser."

"I put it on the dresser because that's what I gave it to you, isn't that dresser yours? But some time later the card continued to be on the dresser, so I put it in the drawer. But I just realized, you don't have any stuff on that dresser at all, not even in the dressing room, was it when you were accused of stealing all your belongings taken away from here?" Ask Rashid.

Karin immediately narrowed her eyes hearing her husband's words, 'this man is completely unconscious?' thought Karin inwardly before she said, "why are you saying that? There was nothing in this room except one little bag I always put in the corner of the locker room."

Rashid narrowed his eyes, and he did not remember anything at all so the man again said, "it seems like I haven't noticed you all this time."

"It doesn't matter, but now don't you want to tell me why you haven't greeted me at all and ignored me?" Karin asked her husband immediately made Rashid look up at the woman who was hugging him.

At that time Rashid's mind was really chaotic because the woman in front of him only used her shirt without anything else on the woman's body.

But Rashid tried to dispel his confused thoughts and said, "Why are you asking like that? Aren't you the one who doesn't want to get close to me?"

The question made Karin confused to look at her husband, she tried to remember all the things that happened between Karin and Rashid during their marriage.

But none of the moments showed Karin deliberately avoiding the man, only that whenever they were together, Karin would try to stay silent and not say anything for fear of disturbing the man.

Therefore, Karin said, "I never try to avoid you, I just don't want to bother you. But wait, did you seem to ignore me all this time because you thought I was avoiding you because I kept quiet?"

The question made Rashid nod his head, "yes, but it wasn't? Don't you like our wedding?" Rashid asked while recalling the moment when they had just married, then she found Karin crying in the bathroom that was not tightly closed, where the woman cried because she had to marry someone she did not love.

"Ah, yes, I don't like our marriage, but that's because I don't know you yet, now that I'm in love with you," karin said before he lowered his head and landed a kiss on Rashid's lips to make Rashid very surprised.

The man pegged in his place with his hands squeezing his knees because he did not dare to return his wife's embrace for fear of touching something very sensitive on his wife's body which was only wrapped by his oversized t-shirt.
