THE REALM OF MYTH AND LEGEND

THE REALM OF MYTH AND LEGEND
Planning a thousand years is too fast

"That's ..." Izroth's attention was fixed on one of the swords in the middle of the weapon rack. It was a sword that looked lonely and silent, had no hilt and was about two meters long. One could feel a hint of chill emanating from him if they concentrated hard enough, that chill was killing intent!

Izroth was a little surprised because something like this was here! But what Izroth doesn't know is that he unlocks one of the hidden features of the game for the Combat Master class! Since he created an A rank skill and was the first Combat Master to complete his own tutorial, the AI running RML would not be cheap and would naturally reward him well.

Izroth's hand rested on the sword and upon touch he got a warning from the system.

Ding! You have selected 'Nameless Swords' ... Showing statistics ...

Weapon Skill: Sword Force (Active) - Control the sword force with the help of this blade to increase the damage of the next attack by 200%.

Strong! That was the first thing that came to Izroth's mind. This sword was extremely terrifying and it was Rare! Probably the first Rare weapon in the game! Izroth knew from the memories he absorbed that if he sold this weapon, he would be rich and his mother could easily stop working 3 jobs! But he knows that if he does that, he may not be able to keep up with a player who is constantly improving. He wanted to build something sturdier, not something that could fall apart easily.

"Wait a minute ... I promise I won't let you suffer any longer" Izroth said with a slightly serious face.

Ding! Do you want to claim the 'Nameless Blade' as your weapon? "

Without having to glance at the other weapons, Izroth replied, "Yes "

Ding! Congratulations, 'Nameless Blade' has been sent to your inventory.

Ding! Since no main weapon was installed, the system automatically completes the 'Nameless Blade' ...

Suddenly on Izroth's back, the sword in its sheath appeared as if it had come out of nowhere.

"Welcome to finish the Master Combat tutorial, Izroth. Since you seem to have real talent, take this." Gear handed the old, worn-out book to Izroth.

"While you can create your own skills, you can also learn them from a skill book. What I'm giving you is a skill that I personally created in my first days. Use it well, after all, it's just gathering more dust here." Gear seemed to be taking out the trash but when Izroth saw the skill in the book, his eyes could not help but reveal a shocked expression.

Skill Name: Flickering Steps

Creator Skill: Gear

Skill Level: 1/3

Skill Rating: A

Active - Over the next 10 seconds, user Agility increases by 300%.

Cooldown: 5 minutes

Description: Skill created by Famous Adventurers, Gear of the Flickering Steps. His distinctive movements allowed him to remain untouched on the battlefield and only flashes of light from his silhouette could be seen before the enemy was killed moments later.

The dominating skill! Gear may sound as if he is throwing away trash, but this skill is truly a treasure! 300% Agility increased, it could save his life in many situations!

Izroth bowed slightly respectfully with his fists cupped toward Gear, "Honorably, thanks for such a treasure, I will never forget your kindness."

"Hahaha, don't thank me, young man. Thank you for your talent, after all, I won't give those skills only to people who don't have talent. Alright, you've lived here long enough, come out and explore the world of Izroth. Remember, be determined and will overcome many great things. "

Gear eventually returned out of the room with Izroth following him and continued his position by lying on the wall of the damaged building with a bottle in his hand. No one would have thought that someone like him was once known as a great adventurer! Given how big the RML was, it meant a lot from the old man's true strength!

Izroth nodded his head towards Gear before leaving the building.

Izroth made his decision before closing the window of his character and walking towards the exit of the village towards the plains. A little further away from the plains is the forest, but you will have the chance to meet high-level monsters and monsters there.

As Izroth was walking towards the forest area, a man looked slightly surprised staring at the weapon on Izroth's back. It emitted a light that could only be emitted by rare weapons! A rare weapon in this slum village, how could it be ?!

"Hey, what's up, Mick?" Another man came out of the building next to Mick and saw him staring at someone.

"Ryder, I think I just came up with a little side quest for us" a little grin appeared on Mick's face.

"Side search? Are there such things in this small and broken rookie village? I want to get out of here as quickly as possible and get real experience, skills and gear" said one woman who came out with the building with Ryder.

"Heh, trust me on this Tina, if we do this, we can become rich!"Mick looked excited as he spoke.

The three of them are real life friends who form a party together and prepare to go out and try to kill some monsters in the forest. They were already level 5 with their starter weapons and had beginner-grade skills.

Mick is a Warrior, Ryder a Rogue and Tina a Cleric. They had a decent queue for a party but did not have a magic caster.

"Hey, you! Wait a minute, are you going to the forest? How about we party together? After all, there were some high-level monsters there." Mick said with a smile on his face as he followed and approached Izroth.

Ryder and Tina seem a little surprised at first, but when they realize the gun on the man's back, they finally realize what Mick meant. They looked at each other and a wicked grin appeared on their lips. But they quickly turned him into a 'friendly smile' as he approached Izroth.

"Yes, you have to party with us. We lost a spell caster but ... Since we can't find anything, we can invite you and share all the loot evenly" Ryder decides to follow and try to tease Izroth again. After all, there were 3 of them and 1 of him, if he felt they were unfair or felt their motives, they could miss out on a great opportunity!

"Indeed, you look very strong. Our party will only become stronger and not weaken with you in it" Tina put on a charming smile. She was quite beautiful and had a nice body with curves in all the right places. He made subtle movements such as slightly leaning forward or tilting his head slightly to the side to try and make himself seem more attractive to Izroth.

Izroth stopped and observed the people approaching him. Although he may not know many things related to the game and this world, he has a memory of a hardcore gamer in him! Add to that thousands of years of experience of difficulty, plot, and scheme; it is almost impossible to trick him without extraordinary planning and perfect execution.

Izroth decided to play with the group. After all, he did not believe that many people had this kind of advantage at the start of the game.

"party? Is it like a group meeting or something?" Izroth decided to be stupid.

A small light shone in Mick's eyes, this would be as easy as taking candy from a baby! The same sentence also shone in the eyes of Ryder and Tina, this person must be a noob! He might just be a rich kid who thinks RML is cool and knows nothing about video games! The ideal target!

"Yes, there you go, you see we work together as a team and fight monsters to complete missions or gain experience. We will be very happy to teach you some things, of course, we will still divide everything evenly and fairly with you "Mick maintains his appearance with a friendly smile on his face.

Izroth seemed to be trying to decide what to do, as if he was making a difficult decision.

"Okay, I'd love to join your party. I'll be in your care" Izroth bowed slightly, but even before he could finish his sentence, a system warning appeared!

Ding! Player Mick wants to invite you to the party along with Player Ryder and Player Tina! Do you want to accept it?

"Accept" Izroth replied as he joined his teammate's party level, HP and MP/Energy displayed on his interface.

Mick, Ryder, and Tina are all level 5!

"A soldier, *********, and scholar yes ...? All levels 5 ... I should probably be careful" Izroth thought inwardly. Even though he was confident in himself, dealing with 3 enemies at once that were more than twice his level would probably cause trouble for him.

As soon as the others saw Izroth's level and class, they didn't know whether to feel sorry for him or laugh to mock him. A Combat Master! This person was actually a Combat Master and was only level 2 at that! Forget it as easy as taking candy from a baby, as easy as drinking water and breathing air!

Disgustful expressions appeared on all their faces that did not escape Izroth, but he chose to ignore them.

They thought that he might pose a minor threat, but the idea was completely gone from their minds now. It was already impressive that he had even managed to reach level 2, but it was all possible because of the rare weapon on his back! They must have it!

Mick finally recovered a little from his daze before regaining that friendly personality, "Level 2 is already impressive enough for a Combat Master, you definitely have a lot of talent" Ryder and Tina pretend to curry favor with Izroth and agree with Mick, though the look of disdain in their eyes is easily noticeable.

"Alright, Izroth right? I know you might already know from the party interface, but I'm Mick, he's Ryder and he's Tina. Now that the introductions are out, we have to start leveling up" Mick doesn't seem like he can't wait any longer standing around.

Izroth nodded in agreement still seeming to not understand the whole situation.

Mick along with Ryder and Tina start walking towards the forest leading the way. To be honest, they didn't expect Izroth to contribute anything to the party, they just wanted his sword. So it doesn't matter if he's in front or behind the group. Although for some reason the three of them felt a small chill from behind them as if an ancient ferocious beast was about to devour them.

They could not help but feel a cold sweat on their backs before turning around, still looking at the clueless Izroth there. It must have been their imagination, it was probably a powerful monster hiding somewhere watching as they entered the forest but it was fine. That type of monster would usually not attack this fast and was only there for the purpose of intimidation.

A small grin appeared on Izroth's face as he thought, "A group of people do not know the vastness of heaven and earth. You dare to try and conspire against me? Fine, but know that I show no mercy to them. Who conspired against me! You planned a thousand years too soon! " a cold expression flashed across Izroth's eyes for a moment.

They finally reached the monster forest!
