Peng Peng wondered why his mother asked Qi Sheng to stay there. Lu Li guessed that now that I was alone with Qi Sheng, he could be free to do anything. He then told her about a rumor he said happened 20 years ago.

In the past, while the wealth and property of the Zhang family had not been divided, Peng Peng's mother, who was the eldest daughter-in-law, was responsible for all the household needs of the Zhang family.
