Immigrant Shelter

The situation in the room was very unsupportive at all to the situation of Arga. Arga saw dozens of people pointing guns at him. Although maybe Arga can escape the situation in the room. But it is full of great risks. The brutality of the shot will occur if Arga fights back. Bullets can hit anyone in the room. 

"Alright, I give up and follow you." Arga, who has no choice, hands him in handcuffs by General Julio's men. So did Bella who followed Arga and was also the target of capture by General Julio. Like learning from Frank's mistakes, General Julio's men don't use ordinary handcuffs. They use handcuffs without chains, handcuffs that are used like pasung. "I don't mean to change the plan. But this would be very dangerous for the police and also the son of the California state chief. As I said before, this case is very dangerous." General Julio speaks to Arga and Bella. 

"This is all outside the military or government. Some of the killings were committed by the military. But the military in this case is the wrong person and overrides the law. They execute participants before you when they don't know where the system creator is. Because, they assume you're registered to have a connection to lead them to find the creator of the system." Julio explained to Arga and Bella. 

"Those who are after the owners of the system, call themselves the TP&P group which means the Protector and Destruction Team. They are led by a three-star general who gets direct orders from the leader of the country to find the creator of the system. I mean bring you here to invite you to work together to crack down on all TP&P groups and make you a decoy. Are you ready?" Arga seemed to think after hearing the explanation from General Julio. 

"Alright, I'm willing but I have conditions that must be fulfilled." Arga has an offer to get Arga to work together. 

"Well, I need to know in advance what conditions do you want?" 

"I want you to take out illegal immigrants at immigrant shelters. At least 100 immigrants a day. Even if I have to atone for it, I'll pay for it." Arga used the post of general Julio to further smooth the interests of Arga to continue to get skil points every day. Because Arga is aware that the real enemy is the creator of a system that may be very powerful. Because Arga does not know what kind of person is capable of creating a system like this. Arga is also still worried that there will be people looking for it with other systems such as Suarez. Therefore, Arga must continue to grow stronger.

"O.. O.. O.. Oo.. O.. I don't want to get an uncertain answer. Because if we're not sure, our cooperation will be void." Getting such an answer from Arga, General Julio let out a long sigh and cultivated Arga's desire. 

Between Arga and General Julio who cooperated to uncover the case that is now happening, have their own goals but still need each other. Arga wants to team up with General Julio, only to find his mother's killer as well as the people involved and take revenge. While General Julio did this for office and cleared military personnel who deviated from their actual duties. 

"Then what's the plan?" After they agreed, Arga inquired about the plans that General Julio had.  General Julio explained all the plans he had with Arga. In some respects executing the plan, Arga and Bella propose to change some things in the plan. They have now agreed to carry out the plans they have compiled. 

They all prepared everything they needed. It is not easy to execute their plans. Because they have to adjust to the situation. 

**7 previous day**

Julio leaves their base to find a way to get the illegal immigrants out of the shelter. With his high position Julio is very confident if it can meet the demand of Arga. It was easy for Julio to meet the head of the shelter who had the post of captain. Through various means of negotiation, Julio still failed to get a deal despite Julio threatening to cut off the head of the shelter. Julio is straight, not willing to use the money way even though Arga has asked Julio to use the money way if needed. 

Julio had to return to headquarters empty-handed. Until finally Arga invites Julio to return to the immigrant shelter with Arga.

"I want you to take out all the immigrants that are here. Didn't Julio say it! How much do you want to get 1 immigrant out!!" With a domineering voice, Arga spoke to the head of the immigrant shelter. 

"Who is this guy? Why did General Julio seem to obey him? He also spoke as if he were a ruler. Should I oppose it? But he came here with a different offer. He's offering money if I support him." The head of the shelter nodded with a constant look at Arga. 

Arga who looked at the head of the shelter who kept looking at him without answering, Arga came forward and grabbed the neck of the head of the immigrant shelter and lifted him up. 

"If I want, I can screw this place up easily and get all the immigrants out here with no leftovers." After Arga said that, Arga threw the head of the shelter. 

"I.. A. I can't see his movements. Is he Arga Litohu who went viral these past few weeks because it can beat a lot of people easily. I really can't stop him. If not, my life is at stake." The head of the shelter nodded as he tried to stand up. 

"It's not that easy to get immigrants out here. I need some money to take care of various documents to various agencies." 

"I'll pay for it. Tell me how much you need for each immigrant?" Arga answered lightly the words of the head of the shelter. 

"I need $80 thousand for each immigrant, and I ask $20 thousand for each immigrant. That money I used to silence my men."

"Okay, I agree. I want you to take out 100 immigrants every day. I'll send you 70jt dollars for 7 days. After 7 days I will send you another 70 dollars. And so on." After Arga finished speaking, Arga stepped towards the head of the shelter. 

"It's nice to work with you. I'll send the money today. Please send Julio your account number." Arga talks to greet the head of the shelter and turns to leave the place followed by Julio.

"Sir, I can only get the first one out in 3 days." The head of the shelter chases behind Arga and speaks if he can only get out for the first 3 days later. Arga simply answered by raising his thumb to the head of the shelter by continuing to walk out of the room. 

"Litohu Art... Interesting way you do it." Julio sat down as he followed Arga leaving the place.
