Avram and the others waited outside the room anxiously. Seconds by seconds it felt very slow. An hour passed, finally the Doctor who handled Rafa came out of the room.
"Doctor! what about my son?" ask Avram.
"So calm father, your son is fine. No injuries are fatal." Obviously, Doctor, after speaking like that, Dr went back inside the room.
Avram and the others breathed a sigh of relief, as Rafa was fine. But not with Rafa's heart, he was hurt deep not because of his physical injuries. But as a result of Quenby's words and all his accusations. Why he was always the target of his own mother's anger. Rafa's heart is further hurt, due to Elena's lies and false love.
"You're like my Mom, Elena. Destroying my life, hurting my heart. Don't I deserve a sincere love from you and my mother?" rafa asked inwardly, her gaze blankly staring at the sky of the hospital room. Rafa took a deep breath, glancing momentarily towards the open door.
"Rafa.." said Avram and sat down in the chair.
Avram lowered his head for a moment, he understood his son's current feelings.
"Rafa-?"
"If you're any better, we go home and marry Elena immediately." Cut Quenby
"Quen, please shut up." Sela Avram is upset.
But Quenby did not want to know, at all he hated his son who had desecrated Elena.

Meanwhile Elena who was in her room, took out a photo of a beautiful woman from inside her bag, then sat on a chair, her face bowed to look at the photo without blinking. Slowly her tears dripped down the photo she was looking at.
"Let your mother rest there, I will avenge all your pain, your suffering all this time. They should feel what you're feeling first." Said Elena slowly.
"Especially Avram, I'm not going to kill them. But it is enough to give them life-long suffering that they will never forget." Mumbled again.
Elena lifted the photo of the woman then kissed her a glance. Then he put the photo back in the bag, wiped the tears on his cheek, leaned his body on the chair.
#Flashback.
"Please promise me, Elena. You're going to take my revenge on them" asked a woman lying dying in the hospital.
"Oma, don't talk like that." Elena sobbed. The little boy faithfully waited for his dying Grandma.
"Son, if I die. Throw my body into the abyss." Message the woman.
"No Oma, don't leave me!" screamed 7 year old boy.
"Quenby caused Reegan, your father's disability and eventually committed suicide. Quenby also put me in the brothel, and made me a whiny-nosed male." Reveal the woman.
Before long the woman started asphyxiating, her eyes bulging, her mouth gaping. Elena was trying to help the woman. But the woman could no longer endure the pain and exhaled her last breath.
"Don't leave me, wake up.wake up.."
#Flashback.
Elena opened her eyes, her breath hunting each other, the death of her grandmother who was none other than Zahra in the afterlife of Reegan, the father. Makes Elena swear to avenge herself in a painful way.
Elena smiled with a grin as she recalled, all her plans worked out. In the beginning kill Vanila, then albert and his two sons, Rafa's homeroom teacher and the last one Livian, Rey, and Sheblak who had been taking care of Elena.
