The Unexpected Test

Leo heard a voice in his mind. The voices gave Leo an idea. Leo decides to determine the path based on a random selection game. Random selection game is one of the games that is quite famous in the city of A3. A person who performs the game makes a choice based on a song and points to each choice in turn at each syllable change. At the time the song stops, the result of the designated selection is not selected. Unindetermined results are chosen. The game continues until one option remains.

“A choice is not a decision and a decision is not a result, let it pass like the wind and fly”

Leo sings the song while pointing to the choices in turn. Among the three choices of roads, the left road is designated. Thus, Leo will not choose the left path. Leo then play the game one more time with the options that are the middle and right.

After Leo plays it again, he points to the middle way, the path he once believed in. With a heavy heart and full hope, Leo then chose the right path. Leo walked down that road. The longer he walked, the more the road he walked began to look dark.

Some time later, Leo saw a strange place on the street. It looks a very dark area, but a few steps in front of it there is light and the longer it goes the brighter. While in the dark area, Leo thought if it was a clue when reaching the middle of the journey. Leo also rested in the area.

After a while, Leo returned to travel and found a way that branched again. All the roads are very dark and there is only one lighting device available. Leo was very confused, he checked the surrounding area for clues or tools. After a long search, he found nothing. Leo was very angry and upset. In general, a person emits annoyance by hitting something or playing and even doing hobbies that he is interested in. Leo could think of nothing else. If there was no clear path, then he could not complete this test.

A very upset Leo then hit the back of the lighted device around him very hard. Leo was surprised. The lighting device that previously could not emit light, immediately lit up and gave off a very bright light. Leo was happy and he traveled through the right-most street with a illuminated light.

Some time passed and Leo again saw a very dark darkness at the end of the road. Leo began to feel hesitant to go to the place, but he had no choice but to move forward. Suddenly, a very loud voice came from behind the road.

“Dug”

The sound was so loud that it made Leo surprised and shouted. Leo immediately looked at the origin of the voice. The previously visible path had turned dark, and the darkness felt closer and closer. The closer the closer the sound of friction sounded. Leo immediately realized that it was no ordinary darkness, it was a stone the size of the area with a state of moving towards him. Leo immediately ran towards the end of the road.

When Leo got to the end of the road, the lights were on and the stone that was chasing him did not sound like coming out of the road, but it sounded a very loud impact. Leo looked back and he saw the stone being held back by a buffer section above the end of the road. In addition, he also saw the branch of the road he had to choose before heading towards the same end place. However, there is a difference between the other path and the path he chose. The other road has a closed gate that looks like the gate of a prison, while the road he chose there is no gate. Some time later, rocks on each other hit the gate. Leo then went back to the existing tests. Leo looked at a table in the middle of the room and there was a piece of paper on it. Leo immediately approached him and read the contents of the paper. It says “Congratulations, please wait for the next test and you will pass!” in that paper. Leo then holds the paper and realizes that there is a final test left to face. Leo then rested for some time at the place.

After a long period of rest, Leo immediately continued on his way. As he left the table 10 meters away, the top of the roof that was blocking the room opened slowly. It looks like it's getting dark. Time as showing the state of the afternoon.

As Leo looked at the surroundings, he saw a huge crowd of people carrying sharp weapons and firearms. The men smiled cunningly at Leo as if they had obtained a valuable item. Leo thought the men wanted to take away his valuables, but he had no valuables.

Leo calmed down for a moment, instantly remembering that he had just been the puzzle of the test and that he would continue the final test. Leo then thought that this was the last test.

Leo then kept quiet and did not answer anything because he remembered the original rule that is not to speak.

“How dare you not answer his words! Don't you know who this guy is?! One of the biggest deputy mafia leaders in the city!” yell at the other guy.

“Haha it's okay, at most he froze in fear until he couldn't speak anything!” the deputy leader of the Mafia.

“The boss! He alone did not move, and even his legs trembled in fear! Hahaha” said one of the mafia members.

Leo was confused as to what to do. Leo is not allowed to speak and he cannot be violent either. Leo felt that one of the most appropriate ways to overcome it was to be silent and tremble like a fear in the hope that he would be let go by the group of people.

The mobster continued to taunt Leo relentlessly until one of the men in the group pointed a firearm at Leo.

“Hei! We are not allowed to direct or injure the participants!” the deputy leader of the Mafia.

Leo who at first only pretended to be afraid turned into a figure full of fear. His face looks so limp. Leo then gives up everything that happens to him based on fate. Shortly after, the trigger on the firearm was pulled and gunfire was heard.

“Dorrr!”

Leo was shot and fell into the street because of the push given by the shot. Instantly someone who shot Leo fled and the deputy leader who was there immediately shouted.

“Who did the shot?!” his yell.

“The guy's already running boss! Looks like it's not a member of our mafia!” said one member.

“What?! Why would there be an intruder?! Especially during exams like this!” shouted the vice mafia leader.

“What if you just run away boss?! We pretend to know nothing about this?!” shouted one of the people in the back position.

The mobster then leaves Leo to fall on the road.
