The Trials of the King

Alex was still bowed in a kneeling position before the King while waiting for orders, while King Hendri stared at Alex sharply..

''You know very well what is befalling the white Cristal kingdom, how Prince Zack presses me, to hand over the princess.but it is better for me that he dies than to be the sandra of prince Zack.''

''How can I trust you Alex.how do I give up my daughter, what if I knew I could one day be a traitor...''

King Hendri nodded his head..

''Before I give you a hard task then I want to see where your loyalty is Alex...''

Alex raised his face to the King's eyes and bowed his head again...

''My soul and body are for the sake of the White Cristal Kingdom and his majesty is my King, say whatever is noble then I will prove that I am worthy indeed to be loyal to the noble...''

King Hendri nodded and brought two cups...

and brought it to the table...

Alex was asked to stand.then the King asked him to choose..

''Inside these two cups in one of the cups there is a very deadly poison.you and the princess will choose one of them..''

King Hendri cleared his throat,...

''If the princess chooses the wrong cup then one of you will die...''

Alex was so surprised to hear the words of the King's noble so sharp, while soon the princess was taken to the meeting room along with her loyal servants..

Alex froze looking at the princess's confused face.Then Alex looked at the King who seemed not to play games, Alex then set his eyes on Micah's daughter who just bowed lethargic...they were finally confronted...

and two cups are placed in front of each jema...Alex looked into the princess's frightened eyes and then turned to the King..

''Your highness.is your majesty sure to do this.what if the crown princess takes the wrong drink.'' Alex said with a worried tone..

While the King was completely untouched he then looked at the princess who looked scared...

''Your highness.what noble will kill me.'' asked Micah with wet eyes..

Alex and Micah looked at each other...

Micah answered with a slightly frightened look but he strengthened himself, while Alex lowered his gaze on two equally colored cloves to emasan, which cup he chose.and what if the princess chose the cup wrong and eventually had to die....Alex takes everything into account..

The room became quiet and very tense, the King stared impatiently at the two of them..

''You two choose your own cup...''

Micah looked into Alex's eyes, his fingers trembling not knowing which one to choose....

''If I am the one who has to go then that is the best.you must keep your loyalty to the kingdom..''

Alex was silent.he did not answer the princess' words and concentrated only on the two cups in front of them..

While the King smiled.he was looking at how Alex would behave.....

When Micah made a choice on one of the cups and took it, he looked very nervous, it was realized by Alex and he could not stand it...

When the princess wanted to take a sip of the cup, she was surprised when Alex grabbed her cup and took a sip, so she took the rest of the cup on the table and took a sip..

Of course his actions left the King and the princess shocked to death...

''Alex...

The king looked at Alex...

''Why did you do it. said.....''

Alex bowed his head...

''Then how about you.'' cried the King in a high voice..

''Your Majesty....I am only an orphan who is lucky to get the love of the King.if this is the time for me it does not matter...''

Micah approaches Alex and holds Alex's body close to falling....Micah shed his tears...
